Easy location. Beautiful views. Great onsite restaurant.

Location, comfortable bed. Booked a king with harbor views. I was given 2 queens with marina views and was told it was an upgrade, it was not. I book hotels with breakfast, this hotel came up, it does not include breakfast, There is a restaurant that was very expensive. $65 for a breakfast burrito and vegatable omelette to go, no beverages.

The location was good The room they gave me wasn’t that great. I did have my little doggie with me so maybe that is way the room location wasn’t great. It also needed some upgrades but since I was only there overnight it sufficed

It's waterfront Way overpriced !!!!! Unfriendly staff, obstructed water view, stinky elevator, very tight balcony, uncomfortable bed, dusty curtains, slow draining water in the shower, unreasonable parking fee, doesn't serve breakfast, expensive bottled water which could have been complimentary.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were welcoming from the moment we walked in. The hotel was clean and it was close to the airport. It was perfect. If I had to choose something that I didn’t like, I would say that they can improve on their drink recipes and add things to their menu for food

I loved the view from my room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The balcony was nice. Toiletries were fine, but having the towels in the shower worried me. I wish that I had more food options. I like to stay in a hotel with breakfast available. This hotel didn't even have a station where I could get hot water to make tea. There was a kureg in the room. Tea lovers know that when using that the water always tastes like coffee. I was able to get water at the front desk. Because I didn't know if my level of Hilton rewards allowed me free bottles of water, I just stared at the bottles on the desk and wondered.

Great location, wonderful view, comfortable beds Bathroom vanity in pretty bad condition. Couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t give me a champagne flute when I ordered a Prosecco in the bar because they said it was too late. They weren’t closing for another half hour. Very disappointing as I find it awful drinking out of a cheap, disposable glass.

The hotel is located directly across harbor and beautiful at night however very difficult to sleep with the fishing boats trolling the area. Constant noise outside the hotel. Our bathroom was old and outdated. Tub had cracks that were poorly sealed and started peeling. The tub was clogged so it barely drained when you took a shower. If you want to take a bath, this bathroom isn't the one. The shower was the only thing that functioned, the faucet in the tub wouldn't work to be able to take a bath. When I called front desk about these issues we were told someone would come up, never did. The rooms weren't cleaned properly. I found pills on the floor next to the bed, in drawers and by the balcony. Not worth the hype. The restaurant in the Lobby was ok nothing fancy or extrabased off the room service food we got.

The location is ideal—it's close to the airport, and everything else is also quite nearby. I had booked a room with an ocean and harbor view. At first, they gave me room 414, which only overlooked roofs and I didn't like it. I asked for a higher floor, and luckily one was available. Room 715 has a perfect view The staff is very nice and friendly. After checkout, they allowed us to stay and use the hotel pool Hotel parking isn't free—it's $35 a day, which really surprised me. There were no toothbrushes or bathrobes in the room. When I called, they told me I should have requested them at the front desk, which was inconvenient. Also, only two bottles of water were included; they brought them on the first day, but for the remaining days, I had to buy water myself.

The professionalism of the front desk personnel and the cleaness of the room. Our balcony was facing a fence covered by an artificial grass and behind it was the air condition equipment. No view to the city or bay. We drove and hour in a half to stay at your hotel to celebrate our 35th marriage anniversary. We wish we would of had a much better view. My wife and I were sad and disappointed.
