Very clean, nice place with everything you need

Beautiful resort with clean, spacious rooms. The San Diego Bay view is absolutely stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was not worth the amount that we were charged based on how clean and undated other properties. I will not be starting there again

We were given a $90 food and drink voucher for the inconvenience after requesting it. The breakfast was really good and the food service was excellent. The hotel Is really close to the airport you can hear the aircraft’s taking off.

The hotel mixed up which tower we were in, so we had to walk seven minutes to the other tower with all of our luggage for check-in - not the end of the world. It’s a beautiful walk on the harbor. When we arrived at our room we were on floor one, which is below the lobby, essentially the basement. It smelled musty. The carpets and curtains seemed really old. My reservation was for a balcony room, but on this level you can’t even open a window. Also, people walk on the sidewalk and look directly into your room. I called the front desk to change rooms, but they said it would take up to an hour to prepare another room. We had dinner reservations so decided to just keep the room and head to dinner. Arriving back to our room later that evening, in the far corner of the room we noticed a used dental floss pick and wad of hair, string, fuzz??? Im not sure what is was, but it was gross. My husband put it in the trash. Onsite parking was $55 for one night. I have parked here overnight previously but booked parking online. It was never more than $30. After parking in the far gravel parking lot and walking to the other tower, I felt ripped off. I am so bummed. The property location is amazing. I have been here previously for events and loved the experience, but this was my first and probably last time as an overnight guest.

Fun place would stay here again

Very close to the airport, so it is helpful if you need that. On the coast and a short walk / Uber drive to some of the attractions. Nice room. I couldn't really see anything from my room - too low.

I travel 7 months a year … and stay @ Marriott hotels and have never experienced this before. I am a rewards member and feel disappointed and very disrespected .

All was just fine. Hotel is a bit old but has been updated. All very clean and nice staff. Restaurant doesn’t really open until 5:30 ( bartender starts at 5) so I was a bit disappointed in that. But server was very nice

If you are sensitive to light, I would highly recommend finding a way to block the sensor.

They also charge resource fee, which I was never told when I check in. It’s $44 per room per day and $20 for a third three years old kid to stay in the same room with parents. That’s absolutely insane. Honestly, this type of hotel and the Quarry of service shouldn’t exist in the city, such like San Diego. The hotel experience can easily destroy the whole traveling plan. We are talking about a $600 per night hotel and it’s literally worse than a Springhill hotel. You can find the next to the freeway. My whole family was very disappointed. This is my first time commenting Expedia, I wouldn’t do that if the experience wasn’t so bad like this. Book this hotel with cautious!
