The check-in was very poor and they gave us the wrong room and had no interest in helping correct it

Great property view. Great staff. Valet Helped me to turn in keys once I was leaving for check-out. Overall excellent experience!

On our arrival the resort gave away my room for two beds. It was 2 am and we were left wondering what room we were going to be in. The manager Meghan Wa so rude and told me if I don’t like it I can leave. The other manager Michael was sweet and accommodated for us the next morning but we slept in a pull out bed and had no space because they gave away our room. We had to ask numerous times for toilet paper coffee and basic things such as cleaning the room. The resort cares too much about money and they do not care about the guests. They even wanted to charge me a resort fee for activities and Expedia did not advertise this. I will not be going back.

Comfortable at all never staying there again

Finally, I went into the shower, and the body wash bottle was empty, so I had to call the front desk again to send refills. Whew. It was a hell of a day. It was one issue after another. I can say that the staff is accommodating and nice. Will I come back? Possibly, but I will choose a better room next time.

Not so good as my room wasn’t ready and had to wait. Also water in tub drains very slow and back out dirty water.

It would be nice to have coffee in the morning in the lobby. Otherwise I had no problems. The staff was courteous and friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The food was great and the view of the bay was so relaxing.

The property is gorgeous, beautiful views of the San Diego Harbor and Marina.

It was ok, not worth it for the cost though. They didn't have the large urns of water with a fruit flavor unless you walked to the other side of the resort.

The hotel had great amenities. Everything you needed in one.

Beautiful Hotel! Great pool, hot tub, outdoor game area, gym, and bikes with one hour free. Great views! Will return if I come back to San Diego.

Very good

The AC was not good enough to get below 72 so uncomfortable to sleep, the sheets were scratchy and I had to unmake the whole bed to get to just a top sheet. Price was seriously too high. Terrible value.
