It was a delay at the hotel to check in as EXPEDIA booked it but did not follow through and book with the hotel! Would consider not using expedia again

The biggest issue was the AC. When maintenance came to check why the room wasn’t cooling properly, we noticed the filter was sitting on the floor instead of being installed, and the coils were covered in dust. They cleaned the unit and put the filter back in place, which we appreciated, especially around 11 PM. Unfortunately, we set the thermostat to 66 (the lowest setting) and still woke up to a 76-degree room. I know 66 is cold, but one of my favorite things about hotels is coming back after a long day to a nice cold room. The motion sensors also make that difficult because the room doesn’t stay at your set temperature while you’re away. One very minor issue: no Paramount+, so we couldn’t watch Lioness. Overall, we really enjoyed the remodel, location, cleanliness, and especially the staff. If the AC had worked properly, this honestly would have been a great stay.

We loved staying here. All staff were very nice and helpful. Parking was full but the gentleman Juan who was working there offered several different options for parking elsewhere. He was very helpful and professional.

Front desk staff were all amazing!

1 bedroom suite with sofa bed is excellent size , very very clean and quiet. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, I did feed this back to the hotel and they have already responded.

We had a good trip. The location was great and the staff was helpful. The hotels needs some attention in some places.

Very clean and central to everything downtown. We arrived early and had to leave later than check out so appreciated being able to check luggage with concierge. Would definitely stay again

the room was spacious and clean. we were able to check in earlier than 4pm, which in my opinion is late.

The location to the convention center and harbor hotels that host conferences is excellent. It is easy to get ride share and taxi services.

5 minute walk to Petco Park so perfect location for a Padres game! Highly recommend!
