Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark

Everything was amazing.

Amazing stay! We came for a concert at Petco Park, and the private skybridge made getting to and from the venue so easy. The hotel was beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. You can’t beat the locatio everything was within walking distance. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Cleanliness and staff

The hotel is great and wonderfully located. The rooms are great with nice views. The staff from valet, reception and room service were outstanding. FYI if you plan on going to an event at Petco the bridge connection is extremely convenient. Look forward to staying here again.

Front desk staff was helpfull. The cleaning staff was acceptional, we had an issue with a chair, main cleanig lady (Vero)showed up and stayed with us until issue was resolved.

Great place to stay right in the heart of the gaslamp, close to petco and the ferry over to Coronado. All the food was excellent and service was great

The room was clean and quiet. The pool area is nice. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the Gaslamp.

Hotel Was great

Amazing staff.

I love the Omni. It's in a great location, and the staff is wonderful. However, the air conditioning in my room was broken. I called to have it fixed. They sent someone up right away and had it fixed in no time. The maintenance person was very nice.

The hotel is strategically located in a park where one can enjoy a variety of events. The restaurant was just amazing.

Everything was amazing besides not providing parking for guest

The only downside was the service from some of the staff, particularly at the front desk. It seemed that whenever we asked a question, the answer was immediately “no,” and there was little effort made to be helpful or provide additional information. Even when it felt like they could have assisted, they didn’t seem very willing to do so. On the other hand, the valet team was outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay

take advantage of the pool: young and old were there to share the space. it also helped that the poolside bar and staff were equally fantastic
