Staff was great! The walk way to the baseball game made the experience even better. The shower did not drain.

The pool area itself was enjoyable, but the drink service was very slow. The bar was constantly packed, which made ordering and waiting forever for drinks - hotel needs more servers so we’re better accommodated. The pool restroom also needs much more attention and regular cleaning. It was in very poor condition every time I used it during my stay. Lastly, I was disappointed that my request for a late checkout could not be accommodated. Considering the amount of money I spent at the hotel during my stay, I expected a little more flexibility and better overall service.

My stay was Amazing. It was a last minute decision. I got there before official check in and a room was ready!

Location next to Petco Park, with its dedicated skybridge entry. Very Pricey.

Very convenient I asked for room to be cleaned I took off the door sign stating we wanted room service for cleaning. I also called asking for room to be cleaned. Room was never cleaned Jules at service desk was not very helpful

Great stay, in great location for any occasion. Just a short walk down the street to Downtown, convention center, and stadium. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Pool was great for the whole family.

Great stay. We went to a concert and with the sky bridge from the hotel to Petco Park the entry was soooo easy. Great location to food , waterfront , water taxi to Coronado were an added bonus. The only thing I would recommend is to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper like myself the other concerts were pretty loud and could be heard well in the room

We also loved spending time at the pool and really appreciated how friendly and welcoming all of the staff were throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. It was the perfect hotel for our weekend getaway, and we had such a great time from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Wonderful place to stay!

THE STAFF WERE ALL AMAZING! SO HELPFUL AND ACCOMADATING! Clean facilities and huge rooms. beds were very clean and comfortable. Amazing views of Petco park and the beautiful city of San Diego and gaslamp. Nothing I didn't like about my stay. I was however disappointed that I didn't book the entire weekend at the Omni. Right when I got into my room, I wanted to book for a couple more nights but when I inquired, The hotel was booked for the weekend. I was offered to inquire the next day incase any cancelations happened but to no surprise, there were no cancelations. I'M Already planning my next trip and without question will be staying at the OMNI! IGNORE THE SAD FACE. HAPPY FACES ALL AROUND!

Arrived at 5 and room was not ready! We had a concert to go to so it made it difficult.
