Was ok check in was a mess, microwave in the room would be nice. Ac hits you while sleeping cause some sinus issues. But not bad

As advertised and superb location

Great stay and we appreciated the extra beach chairs available to guests.

This hotel is perfect for the minimalist traveler to enjoy the beach. It’s located away from the crowds but still near local restaurants and bars. The room was small but clean. No closet instead there was a rack/stand for clothes with a few small drawers. Had to use the microwave in the lobby to reheat food and there was a very loud portable air conditioning unit that we were unable to use at night due to the noise.

Loved how close to the beach this place is! The Walls are very thin…..could hear EVERYTHING! And good luck if you get a bottom level unit.

The location and the cleanliness. The parking spaces were few. They say parking is $50, but we could not park there anyway as their 6 spots were already reserved. We had to find street parking a half mile away. This inn has no ice machine. Was told to go to the liquor store or take a cup to a restaurant and ask for ice. The room was made crowded by the small fridge’s cabinet 1 foot from edge of wooden bed platform. Bumped my shins many times. The bathroom door slid on the outside like a barn door , and the gaps were about 1/2” when “shut.” This made using the toilet not private. It also seemed that a rhinoceros had the room right above us. We will not stay here again.

The parking was challenging during the day, but by the evening time, there were plenty of spots available. Overall, we had a great experience. we’re definitely stay here again..

close to the beach little worn, thin walls, but comfortable bed and felt safe and appreciated the loan of chairs and beach towels

The property provided beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and kids toys to enjoy a day at the beach. It was an amazing experience. Our family had fun, thank you.

We absolutely love this property. You are steps away from the beach.

Cons: Needs some TLC and better houskeeping. My floor was filthy. Spilled some water and when I went to wipe it up, I found out how dirty the floor was. Did the wet the paper towel foot mop trick to make it acceptable. Would consider staying there again, but only for the location.

Place was mid but for the cost right on the water I can't complain. Definitely worth considering if you want something on the water but not looking to spend close to or more than a thousand a night.

Different location than we typically stay but turned out to be the perfect location. Staff were friendly and tentative to our needs. We did have a smishap where, well cleaning to room, they got bleach on a newly purchased sweatshirt. Currently trying to iron out with Expedia-which has been the only pain. Other than that- great staff. Great location.

The only thing was the porch lights that came thru on the sides of the blinds - made the room to bright to sleep.

Very clean but basic small beach motel. Was on beach, but was listed as partial ocean view. Not really, you could see standing from open doorway, but yes it was on beach , yet quiet. No pool. Our main issue was the $559. I get that we booked 4 days ahead in August, But I just thought there would be a lot more to it , for that price. That’s the most we’ve ever spent for one night in our lives, even once at a Fairmont. There also was only parking 6 spaces to pay for, otherwise you had to find parking in extremely crowded beach adjacent streets.

Ocean view for our room was overrated , it's more like a very small partial view. Hotel was ok but location was excellent.

The location is great, steps away from the beach and plenty of restaurants and sites are an easy walk. The staff are really awesome and friendly. Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards available and free for guests. The inn is small and simple. I booked a week before my trip so I had limited choice for room but still lucky to book in the area last minute mid July for 4 nights. The room really small corner room just big enough for 2 full size beds but it is only for sleeping, spent the entire trip out enjoy the sun. Parking is limited they only have 3 reserved parking spaces. There is public parking around the area but very busy, be very lucky to find one during the day even staff have to park 3-4 blocks away. I was lucky. Tip: can move closer later at night or very early morning. Overall really great place. One of the tiny windows facing the parking lot did not close all the way, like is was suppose to be kept open which wasn't a problem until someone decided to smoke marijuana dircect under it. We had to use a couple of towels to block the window. We had no issues with noise until our last night, Wednesday night. Guests next door was yelling, screaming and banged on walls between 1AM-2AM, we were in bed by 11PM to be ready for our flight in the morning. I would be very surprised if they weren't causing property damage. I did mention it to the staff when we checked out in the morning. Another thing I suggest the inn would do is invest in installing extended wand shower head. There was sand still in the far end of the shower from previous guests and there was no convent way to spray the shower to push anything towards the drain in the center. The shower being very long, the length of the entire wall.

For the price, I got what I expected. But definitely you can say the same thing with more hospitality in your voice and that would’ve gone a long way.
