Staff was friendly. Good location. Breakfast not great. Appreciate what they did serve but bagels could have been better. My room (107) def could have used some love. Lots of vibrations from the ac and the bathroom fan rattled like it wanted to give up on life.

Very large rooms, great free breakfast, staff was very friendly, parking was convenient, location was easy access to the waterfront. The bathrooms could use some updates, but still clean.

Great food in breakfast room. Customer service. Ethernet wiring running from the ceiling in the hallway outside my door, along the door edge, and into the room with the end being left coiled in a pile on the floor behind the door...unsightly at the very least.

I liked that it was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go everything is no more than a 20 min drive The elevator can surely use an upgrade

We reported this to the reception manager who apologised, offered a pest control spray, and said she would take $50 off our daily rate for the duration of our stay as compensation. Since checkout, we have not received the compensation as promised and the hotel did not respond to my communication reminding them of this.

It was clean and very nice. The toilet made a noise which seems maintenance could easily fix that.

The beds were very comfortable and pillows. Everything was clean and everyone was very helpful. The pool is heated and the breakfast is great. You just have to worry about people stealing your toast. Lol

Basic stay. Staff welcoming and friendly. Clean room but aroma was not the best. Equipped with all the needed amenities and appliances. No lotion but soaps and all yes.

From the moment we checked in we were impressed. The lovely young lady (with curly hair)on reception was very friendly and helpful. Despite this hotel being a little older, we found it to be very clean everywhere. The photos on Expedia don’t do it justice. The pool was lovely n warm, and I was surprised to see a chest full of pool toys for guests to use. Breakfast was pretty basic, but the staff kept replenishing it quickly as it was really busy. As a Marriott Platinum member I stay at loads of their properties and have to say this one really could show a lot of their other properties how to run and maintain a hotel. The staff obviously are a real credit to Marriott. Even the cleaners n maintenance staff were super nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom on the third floor and were worried about the train tracks that were right outside our window, however we barely heard a noise from it! We will definitely stay here again.
