The hotel staff was very polite and polite welcoming. The room was very clean and smelled clean. The hotel is family friendly which is very important to my family and I.

I definitely will stay here again when I’m in San Diego!

Spacious and clean room with separate area for kitchenette and study desk which we really liked. Comfortable bed, large tv and daily breakfast was actually very nice, don’t know why some people have given negative reviews. Great location if you’re traveling with a vehicle. Overall excellent customer service, especially the hotel manager Miguel was amazing.

Staff were all so friendly & helpful! Everyone worked hard to keep inside & outside clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Great experience!

The carpet was also quite dirty, to the point where you could see dirt on the bottoms of your feet after walking on it. In addition, the air conditioner produced an unpleasant smell, so we had to keep the windows slightly open. Finally, the hotel charges an additional fee for overnight parking.

Location is great, everything is so close by. The provided breakfast is great quality. Lots of available parking (not free).

I never seem a breakfast buffet that comes with the room to be any worse than what we had. ’ve never seen a breakfast buffet that’s worse than what we had. Everything else was ok.

Rooms are smaller, Central A/C doesn't work properly so you have to rely on the A/C unit that is in the room. For supplies, you will need to call the frontdesk again & again. We found a centipede in the washroom at night team, kids were sleeping so we didn't have the option to change the rooms also. I would not recommend it with this price tag.

We have been here 3 times over the last several years for a week at a time. The breakfast is really good and the staff is exceptional. My only issues are room service is very eradict only being done twice over 8 days. The other is the loud highway noise in the pool/hot tub area. I wish they would put a wood fence around the pool to help deadening the noise. Neither a deal breaker. A call out to Karen who checked us in and was really sweet and helpful.

Exceptional

The location is excellent, staff was helpful, room was clean, breakfast was good, parking was ok. I would definitely stay at that location again, very convenient to freeways and gas stations and restaurants.

Originally booked for 1 king bed, then upon arrival was told “there were plumbing issues with the king rooms” and I got “upgraded” to 2 twin beds. How is that an upgrade? Then the toilet flusher was broken and water was running. Let front desk know, then I got a king room… but yet they had plumbing issues?

This is the third time we stay here and it has yet to disappoint. We are a family of 4 with smeller littles . Staff was friendly and very helpful. Free breakfast had a good amount of variety and no micro managers watching what or how much you take. On the contrary, the staff was vigilant about needing to replenish food. Parking pass is needed which they took from the deposit. My littles love the view of the freeway from our room, they stay up to watch it as long as they can before they K.O. Costco is also not too far from here either!

Stayed here with my fiance for the weekend. We really liked the room, being our first SpringHill Suite. Clean room. All amenities needed. Staff were friendly.
