Check in is at 4pm. Arrived at 4:45pm and there was no hotel parking available in parking garage. Asked parking attendant and was directed to the valet in the front. Drive to the front of hotel where there are signs that say valet and nobody comes to our car so we go inside to ask and check in. While checking In we are informed there's no valet and we can try and look for parking downtown or online. No; I have never checked into a hotel and they ran out of parking for their hotel guests. Manager came, had customer service skills unlike the person who checked us in, apologized, let us park in the front of the hotel and also said they don't have valet. False advertisement to have valet signs with the hotel name on it and insist that they do not offer valet. As if I was making it up!

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful!! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Wonderful place by the bay to spend the night between travels. Walking distance to a lot of downtown, bay, restaurants. Clean and comfortable.

Next to the water with lots of restaurant and things to do. You can go for a job or walk. Beautiful and great location.

The rooms were a bit dated, but they were very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. The front desk and the property staff who ran the events outside were all wonderful! Excellent location as well.
