Crowne Plaza Milan - Linate by IHG

The property is close to Linate Airport and was quite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bountiful and good. The one issue I ran into was the coffee at breakfast. It wasn’t good. It seemed to be made from a syrup instead of beans like most of the auto coffee makers I encountered throughout Italy.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was definitely a highlight. There is a noticeable gap between the room photos on Booking.com and the actual reality. While the pictures show modern and newly renovated rooms, the one we stayed in was quite dated, and the facilities were noticeably old. We also experienced some plumbing issues—both the washbasin and the bathtub had very slow drainage. It’s a shame that the room hardware doesn't match the excellent service.

Restaurant Staff, clearly knew there are issues with AC and Windows but they do nothing about it. Actually they are quite aggressive once informed about the issues.

The room and shower were great. The breakfast buffet was the best! Need to be able to control the room temperature.

It was easy. Check in stay, helped with taxi back to airport, staff was relatively helpful. not really close to anything in terms of food/entertainment

Amenities, cleanliness and approach. Good value and great service. Restaurant food was good though it was the only option available and the menu was limited. Very few shops or restaurants around here. Need to get the metro (10 mins walk) to get into the city centre.

The noise from the highway side. I had full 1 night of sleepless as the noise was constant. Expensive!

Room is very nice - just the washroom is a bit too squeezed. Breakfast is Very Good - more than enough. Location is nice as well. it s ok - nothing was bad.

Room was really nice and comfortable regardless the size. Amazing bathroom as well. Bad thing: you couldn’t t open any window! Weird… Staff was nice but not really helpful about payment methods, options and possibilities. Check in advance methods and timings. Bar: very poor. I was there for a competition of sport and they did not allowed me to put EVEN A CAFFe on my room! I paired 300 euros for a room and you do not credit me for 2 euros caffe? Sad

The smell of the room and the noisy AC made my stay really uncomfortable

Age is showing on their facilities. Some plugs not prepara for usb usage .

Getting to the city was quite a hassle. It would be great if they had shuttle buses to the airport and back
