Room was clean and the staff was helpful. It is pretty noisey and parking is tight. Overall a positive experience apart from the noise and it is easy to access a lot of the sights from the location.

Great location and an above average motel for the area. Staff is excellent! Easy and quick check in and out.

The location was incredible! A 15-20 minute walk got us to several great locations, including down by the water. The staff was very polite and friendly, and made the check in process easy. The only significant issue we encountered was with the rough looking old carpet in our room. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, and my advice would be to get a corner room for a beautiful view.

Hotel room was spacious and clean. The property was in a good location. However, the faucet in the bathroom sink was not bolted in at all (held in place only by caulking). Similar situation with the tub/shower valve . . dangling by a thread, but still functional. Big surprise, the TV only received one channel, no guide, no menu. I even reset the receiver . . The only available programming was hour after hour of "Love It Or List It". The ice machine was out of order as well but no sign indicating such. Parking was good. With a little TLC it could have been a much nicer stay.

Great little spot for a night in SF. Easy to walk to many sights in the city.

This motel was OK. It did the job as we needed a room to sleep in with a parking space. The parking space was definitely a dealbreaker for me. The staff were pretty much straightforward. There are really no amenities there other than vending machines. It was a basic place to stay if you need a place to crash in San Francisco but plan to be out and about.

The location of the hotel is not bad, but although there are free parking facilities inside, it is not safe. When I set off the next morning, I found that many cars in the warehouse had been smashed and stolen from the windows. My car was also in it, and there was monitoring in the hotel duty room. Obviously, the duty personnel were irresponsible. I felt that such incidents were not common in hotels, and they were not fully informed when staying. Zhi, when he knew that the passenger's vehicle was smashed and the items were stolen, he only said that it had nothing to do with the hotel and dealt with the insurance company. Here, ask the hotel to apologise and compensate for the loss of about 800 dollars, or offset the room charge. We will continuously evaluate and wait for the reply!

Given the location and the price that includes parking, this is an excellent place to stay.

Clean room and very close to everything we wanted to see in SF. We would stay here again for sure. Parking is a bit tight but it’s in the city so expected. Great property especially for the price.

Unfortunately Ice machine broken, but nice, quiet area makes it a good choice. Very basic expectations.

Very clean and comfortable. Recently refurbished to a good standard. Furniture, fixtures and appliances in good order. Helpful staff. Would stay again. Good location for sites and good car parking.

Parking was nice to have that I didn't have to pay extra for. Spacious rooms. Air conditioner didn't keep up very well, noisy and the door had big gaps in it when shut.

It's location, beds were very comfortable and close to eateries. Very confined area holding toilet and shower, and noisy air-conditioning, but no street noise.

The location for us was great for all the things we wanted to do. However the hotel itself really needs to be upgraded. Carpet is old and stained. The mini fridge is old, coffee provided was ok but the pot was old and there was no sugar or creamer provided. Online pics are not as accurate as in person.

Room was clean. Housekeeping came every day! Beds were comfy! Staff was very nice. Very impressed. Would stay here again! Great location and free parking.
