A simple little spot that makes you feel comfy and at home.. Came out for a show at The Fillmore and they have free parking! Great beds! Location is perfect too

This location is exceptional. I enjoyed the vibrant neighborhood, its diverse shops, and excellent dining options. The staff was highly helpful and friendly. The room offered ample space, and parking was conveniently included. I will definitely stay again.

The one plus for San Fran was it had free parking. However you'd better have a compact car to squeeze in that tiny garage or you might not even make it through the entrance. The room was cramped, the carpet was filthy, and the air conditioning did not work correctly. It was either hot and humid or freezing. It's just not a nice place. The location is very convenient. You can walk around pretty easy. The neighborhood feels safe.I wouldn't say that for all of San Fran. That guy working the desk was nice and warned us to stay out of the Tenderloin. It is what it is, a budget motel.

The bed was somewhat soft. The windows wouldn’t open more than 1/2 an inch even though we were on the third floor which resulted in the room being more stuffy than I like.

Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Good location in the city. We liked it.

Prime location, so many food choices within walking distance, on-site parking. This stay worked out great for us!

Location and cleanliness It was a little bit difficult to find the personal in the afternoons.

It was a good find! It was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient because we parked the car and walked / used transit to get around for most of the weekend. It was great to have a place downtown that didn't cost us $500 or more per night. I would stay there again.

From what I can tell, they have DirecTV with Showtime but no HBO. TV in room does not seem to support AirPlay or casting.

Everything was fine, but a few things needed upgrading. The carpeting was spotted, and the plumbing in the bathroom was sketchy to try to turn it on and off other than that everything else was good.

Large Rooms are very clean, with excellent amenities Check-In is super easy, helpful and Nice!
