Parking, good location, nice room

Parking was included with our stay which is rare in San Francisco but the parking was limited and all the spots were barely big enough to fit our SUV.

Room was nice and clean. Seemed pretty modern for how small the hotel was. Parking had the tiniest spaces I’ve ever seen so that was not great. Front desk is behind a locked door and only opens when they push the button so that was frustrating that there really wasn’t a front desk all the time. Other then those 2 things it was a nice stay, convenient location

The room was very clean and also VERY basic. There was a very pleasant gentleman who checked us in, in a tiny room that could not be called an office. There was no lobby, though there was a free coffee machine in that tiny room. No one was available in the morning to ask for a recommendation for a breakfast place. The room had everything we needed but towels were paper thin and noise from other rooms was evident. It was good value but not somewhere we would return. We didn’t have a car but I can see how the free parking would be a big incentive.

Free Parking was the selling point for us. Nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night food. The room was decent and perfect for what we needed...a clean place to rest our heads. Grateful to the concierge to offer us a 3rd floor room in the event things got noisy. It was all just fine. We'd stay again.

The location is great. The room was redone. Unfortunately the room had a musty smell and was very stark. Needs a few pictures or something to give it warmth

Booked Nob Hill Inn for the SF Marathon weekend and it worked out great. The room was recently updated and everything was new and very clean. Front desk staff was great. Easy-in and easy-out, and so wonderful to have a hotel that includes parking and does not charge you $$$ each night just to park.

I called to release interest in this room as a kindness as I had to go to the ER instead of travel. When I called the person just answered "Hello" I had to first make sure I was calling the right place. The person then made a big deal telling me I wasn't going to get my money back and that I reserved it with no refunds (which I knew). As soon as I confirmed that I understood this he hung up the call.
