The location is excellent and is within walking distance of the bay. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area of San Francisco.

Location is good, near the bus station, near the restaurant areas Polk St and Chestnut St.

Location specially if you like walking, 30 min tops to mais locations. Breakfast is good, at least saves time and money. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, we had hairs all over our bathroom. There was no cleaning during our stay, people level garbage on the hallway and it tends to smell bad all over. They should at least take out garbage every day.

The staff were very friendly however the the bathroom did not smell good and sink didn’t work properly.

This is a great location. Walking distance to all the big tourist attractions. Very comfy bed and kind staff as well. It is a little rundown though and breakfast is pretty limited. But again fantastic location and value. Bonus it’s a straight uphill walk to be at the top of the famed curvy Lombard stretch. And there is an excellent ramen spot right around the corner.

Coffee I didn’t like the breakfast at all. The eggs were not real eggs but that powdered eggs. Bacon was sweet. The bread wasn’t nice. I wish there could be more options for breakfast. Proper English breakfast

Quiet and calm atmosphere around the property 1. Mostly the same breakfast has been rotated each and every day. 2. Safety locker shouldn’t be charged separate it should be included in the room rent.
