It was perfect. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean. They were very accommodating and it was close to everything.

We stayed for 4 nights, the location is very practical for the big bus tour, we really take advantage for the proximity to some tourist places. Employees very kind and helpful.

If I'm on a budget, this is a good option.

Had a great time and the staff was so friendly. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Tge location is ideal for moving around the City to explore .

The stay here was great there was an Italian Restaurant right next store was also a great place to eat. We will be staying here a lot.

Great locational(easy walk to Marina restaurants, a good small coffee shop next door, and close to touristy things in fisherman’s wharf, but not stuck in that chaos) . Generous room size. Front desk staff were very friendly. Surprisingly large room. A bit old but comfortable. For the price much nicer than I expected! Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are basic nothing fancy but still recommend it

We felt safe in our rooms despite the busy street area. The desk attendant/manager was very professional and helpful with parking suggestions. Parking. The street level lot was pretty tight. The garages are too low for high clearance vehicles and those with roof racks (such as we used on our vacation). I did not like having to coral my kids down the sidewalk to get to the elevator(s) to our rooms. There seems to be a physical disconnect between some parts of the hotel and the front desk.

Both staff members and the manager seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to help, but given I literally got two hours of sleep so no one could break in the open windows I thought the discount showed have been much higher given it was $300 per night. With all that said, I realize that they don't know me and probably deal with a lot of scammers, so I hold nothing against them and would give them
