I chose this hotel mostly because of free parking. Evidently so do others as the parking lot was full, but the staff was available to manage the limited space. Also the elevator is v-e-r-y slow. But at least there was one.

Clean, tidy, and comfortable. A busy area with good public transit, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Good location for visiting the Presidio.

Brilliant location, even had a veiw to the Golden Gate Bridge. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfortable when travelling with family. Modern room. Great to see the hotel contuing upkeep, repainting and potting plants. Great value for money. Just keep in mind that the carpark has double park spaces, so you need to nofity reception if you want to leave early in the morning. We had this and were not informed, but it was sorted within minutes.

A++having parking included which could be a hazle and expensive to find. Amazing staff, very customer focused and carrying. Depending on room assignment some might look small (but still have 2 beds and work good). Has only one elevator, but again depending on room assignment it might be far away. Lobby closes at night, but there's always someone available 24hrs by just ringing the lobby call button. Only downside for some people they might found it a bit loud at night/morning due to traffic by the hotel being on a main street location.

There was no breakfast or restaurant at the hotel.

Could hear stomping above our room and doors slamming. I suggest a room on 3rd floor to avoid all of that. Other than that it was a good stay.

Great location for exploring San Francisco. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were at times unfriendly and unhelpful. Different staff members would provide different answer to the same question creating confusion and frustration. However, in the end the staff were able to help us with our issue.

Clean and great housekeeping. Great location. Noisy. Asked for upper room in advance. Gave me lower room. Clog dancers moved in above us.
