Good location. Nice coffee shop, pizza, and sandwich shop within walking distance. Parking is first come first serve, so if you leave in your car you may not have spot when you get back. Front desk did let us know.

Room was clean. Large enough for our family of 6 and well decorated. Free parking in downtown SF is rare. Centrally located, close to all the sights.

Bad

Great location. Parking was really handy and there were plenty of spaces when we visited in August. Refurbished rooms were great. We didn’t hear any noise from other guests. Lovely for a family stay to stay in a great motel. Great value.

Superb

We were very pleased to find this place with dedicated parking included. We found a fun place to play pool and another spot for dinner within walking distance. The room was cute and clean, and the elevator was very helpful too.

We had a family room with 3 beds. Location is excellent. Quiet.

The staff were very nice. It was an extremely busy day in the city but we needed a room after a ling drive for a UCSF appt. and this was a great option while I had the kids. The location allowed us to give them a fun, touristy experience. Great location for activities/attractions at Ghirardelli square, the aquatic center, wharf, etc. This property was quite clean, needed a little dusting behind the couch but clean otherwise. The free parking and 11AM checkout was priceless!!!

Clean and tidy, the only down side is that it’s a bit noisy from the busy road. Busy road and noisy neighbours.
