The place is located in a very nice neighborhood, quiet and safe compared to another corner near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price of the place is absolutely reasonable, you get what you pay for. The best thing is, it is in a nice neighborhood and safe area. I would recommend this place.

You get what you pay for. However, it suited our needs for the short time we were in San Fransisco. It was great having on-site parking - we were able to park our vehicle and didn't have to pay any parking fees during our stay. The rooms were nothing fancy, but were clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The location was great. There is a gas station a block or so down the road which made it convenient to fill our car up before leaving the city.

Great location, quieter than I thought considering the busy rd, good air con, area felt safe. Great If you're just wanting a cost effective place to stay with nothing fancy. No kettle and coffee machine didn’t work.

Friendly accommodating staff and response to requests. Stayed there many times. Nice location Quick drive to almost anywhere in the city. There is air-conditioning and small fridge. A microwave would be nice. - One is available at front desk. Plenty hot water Clean and Comfortable. Nothing.

Leaving. This was a really disappointing stay. The facilities being outdated did not bother us as per previous reviews. However, the room was filthy, the bathroom had dried snot in the sink, the shower was so dirty. The roof mouldy. The carpet going into the bathroom has lifted and myself, partner, and our 3 year old son stood on the carpet nails on a number of occasions. The walls have seen some things - they are also covered in God knows what for God knows how long. We could hear neighboring occupants yelling at each other through the walls at 3am. We spent as much time away from here as possible. Would NOT stay here or recommend to anyone.

Shower had good pressure. It was dirty and there wasn’t enough coffee in the room and when I asked for extra package I was told no.

Andy at the front desk was AWESOME!! Room was clean and comfortable. This is not the RITZ. Basic room, perfect for spending a trip to San Francisco. Room was quiet, food was close and walking distance to everything San Francisco WILL BE BACK, NEXT TIME IN SF Everything was PERFECT for us.
