Bad environment, high prices, moldy room
-
Good location for what I needed.
-
Room small for two people and luggage only one solid chair for seating no room air conditioning definitely the worst place I have stayed and will not be recommending it to people as a place enjoy while visiting San Francisco.

The location couldn’t be any better. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants and China town. My husband and I would definitely stay again. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else was great.
-
Great a little hotel really close to everything. Staff was super kind and friendly.

Good location, the staff were friendly The beds were super hard, and there was dried toothpaste on the toilet lid. Also there wasn’t any air conditioning

Great location. Walking distance to a lot of attractions. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were not looking to be pampered. Just needed a place to sleep and it worked great.

I've stayed here a lot before but I wonder if I'll stay here again, the front desk (man and woman) seemed like they were arguing. I figured that someone was probably smoking outside and the smell was wafting into the hotel, however, I was shocked to realize that the guy working the front desk was smoking inside the building! My bed was so hard it made me limp the first day after sleeping on it and the pillows were the small square pillows you find on a couch, I can't imagine its much more expensive to just get real pillows and do a deep clean within the rooms once in a while. I have always looked past the cleanliness and comfort because the location is so great but the customer service and the smoking and the lack of deep cleaning within the rooms is probably a no for me in the future. It's such a great hotel with so much potential, but it feels like they've kind of just given up and stopped doing regular maintenance. I used to love this hotel.

The hotel was exactly what I needed, relatively inexpensive, close to where I needed to go, the parking garage was a fair distance away from the hotel, but reasonable in price. The building is old, but they made the most out of it, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Location is perfect! Most everything you want to see is a few minutes walk or train ride away. Not many amenities are available if you plan to spend extended periods of time in the hotel, and it can get a bit noisy at night, but a great home base for all your city adventures. The food selection in the area is the true prize!

No iron/ironing board, but great location and decent room/shower for the money!

Liked that it was in Chinatown. Property is ok, but a little dingy. Not like the pictures at all.

Passable

Lobby seems to be the only clean place. Easy check in. The rooms are not the best, there were stains on the floors, on the bed sheets, and on the walls. Not sure of what. Windows do not lock completely. Very loud. Beds are really hard.
-
No fridge or microwave. Also no AC. There is a fan so I wasn't too hot. Very nice though. Clean and updated. Elevator was small and out dated though.

Perfect for our 1 night stay during a layover in San Francisco. The location in the heart of Chinatown was great. Room is quite small but had good wifi, a nice shower and everything we needed. The receptionist at check out was really nice. Good value by San Francisco standards. Most importantly, we arrived quite late at night for our one night stay so it was very nice that the hotel let us check out later so we had more of a chance to explore the city! Definitely recommended! All was good

Perfect for anyone wanting to visit Chinatown. Well maintained older building. Staff is great with helpful information about local eats and more modest local eateries. Had to check out earlier than expected but cancelation of my reservation was no problem and refunded the balance with no problems. Can't say enough about how good my stay was.

Very friendly and helpful front office staff. Very neat and well maintained property. Small room yet very hygienic and comfortable. Located very near to all beautiful places and feeling very grateful for this.
-
Very fair room with good conditions for an extremely reasonable price
