Very good

It was a block away from the venue we were visiting. The couch was easy to convert into the bed version. There was also a sushi place nearby that was very good and priced similar to where we're from. There was broken tiles by the entrance to the bathroom, which was an extremely narrow path between the wall and one of the beds. Also, the couch bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the person who slept on it had excessive back pain the next day. There was also a very loud noise that was causing one of the walls to vibrate in the middle of the night (around midnight or 1 am, unsure of the exact time), which we were not aware would happen and woke all of us up.

Dirty, not maintained, not safe. Do not stay

People banging on doors at 2 in the morning and the pictures provided for the hotel are blatant lies. Dingy motel with almost no redeeming qualities other than having the basic necessities.

The location was not the greatest especially staying with children. They don’t serve breakfast The location. The environment outside. It says non smoking but it still has a smoke smell

It was in the back. Away from the street Very small room. Badly decorated. Loud children screaming a lot.

The hotel is clean enough and functions regularly. The issues I had were with checkin. I asked to check in an hour early (usually hotel.com guests get an early checkin if requested . The guy at the desk said i could checkin early for an $20 additional dollars. Not wanting to wait an hour in my car I said ok. Then came the parking . The hotels .com booking made it seem like parking was included but no, that was also was an additional $20 and when my partner arrived later another $20x. Overall oi thought I was getting a good decent price for my stay but in the end these additional charges made it quite pricey. I feel I was mislead by hotels .com and by the SF Central Hotel . When boooking I rememebered thinking that the parking was included. Otherwise stay was ordinary. Bathroom had some mold or some staining around tub that looked like it. My room was also next to janitorial/housekkeeping closet so there was doors slamming during the daylight hours starting early.

Buena atención por parte de host y personal de limpieza.

We killed 3 cockroaches. Room very outdated. And no hot water. The only good thing about this place was the location.

This one is tough. Convenient location, ample parking, though I missed that it was $25 per night to park there, still one of the cheapest options in the area with the parking cost though. My biggest issue with this place was my room. I was in room 116 and I am 95% certain it was a storage closet before that was converted to a room. My shower felt like it was an old mop sink at one point. I also feel like I was assigned that room because I was traveling solo and there is definitely not enough room for two people in the room I stayed in. At its widest, it was 13'x8' but the wall is angled toward the bathroom where it goes down to about 4'x5'. The bathroom was so small that I couldn't even sit straight on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and I'm not even that tall. Looking at the fire escape plan in the room, it seems the other rooms are actual rooms and probably quite spacious but I took a tour of Alcatraz while I was in SF and I felt like my room was barely larger than one of their jail cells. If you're traveling solo and choose to stay here, just say you have two people and you'll probably get a decent sized room. I'd probably stay here again, but only if I wasn't in room 116

The outlets in the entire Appartments would not hold my phone charger except the one in the six outlet expander behind the fridge. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work at all. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Good location, reasonable parking, smelled clean and beds were comfortable First I arrived and staff completely ignored me saying I wanted to pay my deposit with cash. Didn't go over what he was charging my card, interacted with me enough to tell me my room number. At first room seemed ok. Until I took a shower. Absolutely the worst water pressure, would come and go. And worse was the sound, like a jack hammer was in the shower with me. And that sound continued off and on throughout the night. Could barely hear the tv over how loud it was. And definitely didn't sleep well. And then to top things off while getting dressed I noticed a cockroach on the bed I had just gotten out of. I went to tell front desk at check out and just got a oh sorry. I asked about my deposit and was informed that they don't release the funds til midnight.
