Clean and close to restaurants

honestly, for a night, it was pretty good place to stay. just came to the city for a night out but it had everything we needed (which was a bed and a private bathroom). there was hair from the previous guest on the sheets + no fan. honestly just took the sheet off and inspected the rest of the bed and seemed fine.

I didn’t like anything. It was a terrible place. The only think I liked were the windows but even then they didn’t even all open. Oh I also maybe liked they had a fridge and micro. Other than that it sucked. Everything was terrible. No elevator. Staff was weird. There was men outside all the time just watching you come in and out. The restroom was clogged and shower too. No trash can in rr. The bed was hard and the bedding was stained. The door didn’t close. No ac

My bf got in a fight with the front desk clerk because he had a bad attitude and didn't help. IVE LEARNED to lower my standards. He was ready to leave. And find a new hotel.

Solid place to stay in the mission for a really good price. A lot of reviews complain about features of the neighborhood like the noise level, so if you're bothered by any of that stop looking at hotels in the mission or bring earplugs. Close to tons of great restaurants and fun shops, plus just a few blocks from the bart. They offer 24/7 check in. Our room had a microwave and fridge, a TV, and a fan. Could've used a few more towels as two people staying there but that'd be my only complaint.

I needed two nights and almost 3days of R.& R. The Queen Bed is amazing! It's a memory foam mattress that is like sleeping on a bed specifically designed for you! There's a wall mounted hairdryer and a fan that makes it over all a 10/10 for a "budget hotel in San Francisco." I just needed to kick back and chill, this place is Highly Recommend By Me! You get way more than you can imagine. I have to add in my 56+hours there, I never had 1 disturbance except for Housekeeping at 4pm. The room is modern and up to date. The built-in high powered c chargers and USB a chargers are a blessing. The wifi was twice as fast as mine. I look forward to staying there again soon and I know you will be too. 10/10 for San Francisco Budget Hotel!

Don't think about comfortability, AC, or spacious room. Just a bed with flowery sheets you cannot see if they are clean, a bath tub behind a door with no place to put your bar soap, and shower head that squirts tiny burst of water. It is conveniently looked, but coming out of mission station is a crowded station for the homeless. Feels safe but definitely not the safest area. For the price, I guess you get what you pay for but not necessarily cheap either.

My room has a cockroach when I asked to switch the room, the front desk guy was very rude and refused to switch my room. but instead of giving me a good customer service, he told me if I didn’t like it I can leave.

clean and no bugs Older building and reception behind bullet proof glass. Staff friendly and helpful

I loved the location of this hotel. Right in the mission. Easy to walk everywhere .‘I had a view of the street but surprisingly it was quiet. Window to fire escape was missing or broken but didn’t close.
