Extraordinarily clean Attentive staff

I lucked out and got one of four total parking spaces available even though I didn’t know to reserve in advance.

The property has a lot of character but if you want a modern space, this may not be the best choice. It is beautiful if you enjoy an antique style. The room we were in did not offer charging stations and outlets were not convenient for charging lots of devices. It was clean and the breakfast each morning was beautifully displayed, fresh and a variety of choices. It was also nice that they offered wine and snacks each evening. I would have found it helpful to have someone greet us when we arrived to get some information about the property.

Breakfast and coffee were good . I stayed in the front area of the Inn and the noise from the traffic was loud. Could definitely use a better cleaning to the window sill area. Very dirty. Also had trouble opening up Windows.

Old building, vintage look but well maintained. Our bathroom was private but in the hallway: not ideal when you need to go during the night and a bit of key management. The location is central and the transportation system in San Francisco is easy tu use. They also offer a wine and cheese at 5 every day which is a nice bonus!

Great location near the Mission in a lovingly restored / maintained old house. Friendly staff and a lovely garden. Some stairs.
-
Great location near public transit. Nice selection of restaurants nearby in Noe Valley and the Castro. Beautiful private garden. Comfortable bed with high thread count cotton sheets, pillow top and comforter. Quiet. Nice breakfast spread. Friendly staff.
-
The location was great. The staff was great. The quaint home was fantastic. The bed was too small. The bed bounced all over the place when either me or my husband moved. The television was antiquated. Our room was next to the kitchen so in the morning, it was slightly louder than I would have liked.

Was conveniently located, clean, safe and welcoming.
-
Charming and sharp property well-positioned in the city. Good access to public transportation is an underappreciated bonus. Staff was warm and most helpful in multiple ways, particularly about the myriad local restaurants. Would go back again in a heartbeat!
