Reviews
-
Wonderful hotel with great service.
-
Everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was when we pulled into the valet parking area, we found out it was $97 for the night! I don’t recall ever reading anything about the cost of parking when I made the reservation. I didn’t appreciate being blindsided like that upon arriving.

Clean room and beautiful view of the city

Restaurant was closed. No room service Breakfast buffet Terri Breakfast in bar very overpriced mediocre minimal selection.

This property in under renovation! No lobby. No lobby bar or restaurant and nice lounge area line the normal W's that I like. Internet is terrible. Front desk manager told me I needed to call tech support. What?! She did not offer to help. I booked this property with no warning that it was under construction. Breakfast is in a makeshift ballroom area. Bar is the bar where private events are held. I paid a comparable rate to other 4-5 star hotels in the area. Just didn't expect bad customer service from a W.

Exceptional

I enjoyed the fact that our room had an outdoor patio did not enjoy the fact that there was a ton of construction going on, and that it wasn’t disclosed at the time my purchase for the hotel was made

Close to the centre. Spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff It is currently undergoing renovation but this did not detract from our stay and the hotel have made adjustments. Breakfast is $40 per head if you have not booked a rate including breakfast.

Great people and a proactive approach to making the stay wonderful
-
Great place to stay in the city of San Francisco. Walking distance to Oracle Park 17 min. I recommend you park your own vehicle just around the corner on Mina. It costs $35 for 24 hrs. as opposed to hotel charging $97. - what a rip-off. Instill don't understand how hotels can charge their own guests. What a shame
-
Although the lobby was under construction the staff and location is ideal. I wanted to but a cheese danish before leaving the area but they didn’t offer this at the bar on level 2. Overall, the stay is worth it!
-
The location was convenient for a Giants game. The staff was welcoming and very friendly! They were willing to help and assisted us with our needs.

I paid an additional fee to reserve a room with two beds, but upon arrival I was informed that my reservation was not guaranteed despite the extra charge. I was told the rooms had been reallocated to other guests, and no meaningful effort was made to resolve the situation or provide any form of compensation. This was very disappointing, especially since I had paid extra for a specific room type.

It was everything I expected.

I wish I stayed somewhere that wasn’t under construction. My shower head didn’t work. I was let down

First class treatment by all the staff.

At the time of booking, there were no telling the hotel was going through renovations
