Great staff

Parking is crazy expensive and I got charged 2x

They gave us a room that was not cleaned at check in

Great hotel very clean

I was here for a concert it took me two hours to get into the valet parking from the exit of the freeway to the entrance of the valet parking. There was only one receptionist open at the front desk for check in. Wait was horrible after being in traffic for so long. It was awful.

Great rooms and nice views

Love this hotel. Perfect location for giants games!!

Having to park at seven blocks away from a different hotel is not ideal. There was three gentlemen working in the parking lot valet, and I understand that they are under a lot of pressure but the way they were yelling and being rude to certain people, was completely uncalled for. Just watching them made me go get my own parking spot and pay somewhere else

it took so long just to check in overall nice stay

The breakfast buffet downstairs is not great and they usually give you a credit of some money to use towards that but you have to remind them at checkout to apply that credit or they won’t do it. They charge you extra of what Expedia quotes for the destination fee and ‘taxes.’ Basically, you will need to plan to pay way more extra than what Expedia tells you.

Hotel was confusing
-
The hotel also charges a daily destination fee of $38.00. In addition, our shower did not work, and since the hotel was full, we had to use my daughter’s room to shower. When we reported the issue, everyone was busy and unable to assist.
-
On top of that, I was charged several hidden fees and ended up paying about $200 more than I expected. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

The property was excellent and service was exceptional. I would book it again on my next trip to San Francisco. I highly recommend it to any persons that want to spend a weekend at San Francisco.

Everything was good in the hotel

The water bottle filling stations near the bathrooms on the lobby floor are a fantastic feature that I really valued. But I only discovered them right before checkout. Nothing against the bottled water options for sale on site, but if there are bottle filling stations it would be great to know because I add electrolytes to my water anyway and use my own water bottle to cut down on waste. So I really value having the option to refill my water and cut down on waste. Other than that small detail the property was absolutely fabulous!
