My only complaint was our room was not ready when we arrived. Check in was at 3pm and it was 430pm and our room was not ready because previous guest was a diamond member and had a late check out. That was a huge mess up in my opinion. This hotel only has 2 suites and for the money we paid, our suite should have been ready. The hotel did accommodate us with a comped dinner and some drinks and a late check out which we appreciated but it was still a bit disappointing. Also this hotel does not have water bottles or a mini bar in the room. You have a glass jug which you have to fill up with water near the ice machine in the hall way. That was pretty weak.

Very comfortable stay and in a great location with a lot of restaurant choices around. We walked to Oracle, and it was very safe
-
Clean and organized hotel. Staff was welcoming and accommodating!
-
Parking was a struggle but other than that the property and rooms were nice and the staff was helpful
-
Beautiful property and great rooms/style Close to a ‘bad area’ of sf but we stayed on the side of our hotel and had no issues at all !
-
The room was very clean. Loved how big the shower was. It was located near many things to do. The rooftop was a great amenity, as well as a coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay here.
-
It was clean and decent Parking and wait time to get your car back from the valet
-
The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant Shelby’s. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We enjoyed the dishes. The only issue was the parking, only valet parking available.

-
all good, really nice roof top
-
Nice clean building, friendly staff Extortionate valet parking costs
-
Took 40 minutes to get our car from the valet
-
It was good. But in the property coffee shop i am not happy with. I order hot milk same size every day I stayed there.. and every day the price increases. Same hot milk and same size and not sure why the price increases every day.

Great location

The rooftop bar is beautiful. Food and drinks were very good.

Very clean room and the best bed ever to sleep in. Its expensive to stay here but great location, valet is a lot with $75 for 24 hours and can take up to 20 minutes when busy to get your car but don't let that deter you! Its walking distance from Muni and from BART. You can see the SF Giants stadium from the rooftop restaurant and bar. We will come back again - possibly just for the clean room and amazing bed.

Great location
-
Very clean and well maintained hotel in a great location. I would stay there again.
-
Very clean facilities. The walls were very thin. Noise from next door transfers through walls easily. Location was convenient but there are garbage trucks that have a route next to the building every morning and that is loud and clear.
