All was great! Perfect location, nice sheets and blankets and staff was super helpful.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Short walk to the sanctuary. The breakfast could be improved with non pork options, fried eggs and savory foods . Learnt that small showers are standard in Italy. I could barely move without turning the faucet off, lol!

The location is very close to the Padre Pio Sanctuary. And there are many restaurants and religious souvenirs shop around. +- 30 minutes walk to San Giovanni Rotondo Breakfast was good... The shower box is too small

It was the location that made me book the hotel. Staff were friendly. I like the breakfast. It wasn't a big deal but long strands of hair from previous guests in the bathroom floor were still there. It was removed on the 3rd day. The towel holder on the walls looks like, I'm sorry but excuse me, butt plugs.

Lovely family run hotel, on the main street Via Cappuccini, that is lined with marble Stations of the Cross, and goes directly to the old, original church. The location is amazing. The staff is very efficient, and as happens in a small hotel, everyone shares duties. Lorenzo and Mary communicated clearly before our arrival and were very helpful during our stay. The room was very comfortable and the elevators are new. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend. Absolutely nothing, everything was great!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and nice. I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful hotel. Thank you for everything I liked everything. Maybe just the shower, because it took a long time for the water to get hot.

It is 3 minutes walk to the sanctuary and bus terminal. It is clean, neat & tidy. I must commented that lLorenzo (Lawrence) is such a kind and friendly staff of the hotel. He aided us in many ways and I am very thankful.
