We like the hotel closed to everything walking distance to the bus stop and the church of Saint Padre Pio. None

I love the location, facility and staff. They were very welcoming and kind. Hospitality was excellent. It is very close to the sanctuary. I highly recommend Hotel Colonne. Parking is a bit challenging but the kind receptionist at the front desk who checked us in was able to find a parking space for us and it was FREE. Thanks to her excellent customer service.

The AC is not working well so it’s really hot! Room is small for 4 persons.

Location is close to the shrine. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. The shrine is close to the hotel.The staff was coperative . The restaurant staff was coperative and prepared what i want The hotel needs to have a night pickup . $

Very near at Padre Pio. Staffs are very kind. Proximity to the Padre Pio church.

Location and it has parking. Breakfast was good. The bathroom faucet makes a big noise when you open it. The bed was not comfortable and you could hear the people in the other rooms until late at night as well as very early in the morning.

Location the best there is. Beside the public bus station that takes you to Foggia train station; near the San Giovanni Rotondo churches, near the simple market in the plaza near the bus station; near the bar/restaurants lining the road to the Padre Pio church Staff needs to know English well so they can explain properly. Not a few times was information wrong. They need to be updated with the activities in the area too. We waited for a procession recommended by front staff but that didn’t happen because it ended a week ago. We were given information on bus schedules that were not applicable for the holiday. The staff didn’t even know that the date we were asking for bus schedules was a holiday so we were given wrong time schedules. At least, they helped us secure a reliable taxi to bring us to our desired destination 30minutes away. But we wasted money on tickets we couldn’t use.

Nothing beats its location. Right beside the SITA bus station (known as the Piazzale Forgione or the Convento Cappucini area) and next to the roads leading up to the two significant churches of San Giovanni Rotondo. Beds were comfortable, toilet was clean. Breakfast was almost same everyday but it was filling enough. Coffee & hot chocolate from Nescafe machine is delicious with the breads offered. There was ham, cheese, spreads, cereal, yogurt. The shower area was too cramped. Even for petite females, it was small and my elbows would bump the sides of the enclosures whenever I moved. There wasn’t a soap holder nor shampoo holder, so you would have to open shower accordion door to reach out for them in the shelves where the sink basin is. The bedroom light was too dim for my liking and I would have preferred to have a choice of a bright overhead light or cozy bedroom lights in the sides of the bed.

The location is great. The staff were so nice. The restaurant personnel were so accommodating. The only thing that needs to be improved, there should be a ramp for disabled clients. We were assigned in the second building and we need to use the stairs. My mother has mobility issues

Central location. Breakfast restaurant on site was convenient. Staff was helpful. Beds could have been more comfortable. Mattress a little too hard.

Near by church and bus station. Refrigerator was not working, soap, shampoo… made in China i can’t use (couldn’t take a shower) because i think better it made in Italy. Too dark (dim) i couldn’t read my prayer book at night. There are 2 lights on top of my bed head, but only 1 working. I m allergic with all chemical smell, air fresheners. I checked in room afternoon too much smell, i had to open windows for smell get out. At night i came back my room, i saw many flies or insects in bathroom. I was so scare about these insects. I got a towel to reach them on top of the ceiling to kill them. I suggest that if a window has a screen then the fresh air can go through, it is much better. I will go back if not same problem. Finally, i understand because this area is not in city, so insects or flies are from nature God created them.

Shower is didn't work

Prime location so near the bus stop and San Giovanni Rotondo. The hotel staff were so friendly and kind. At check-in aside from providing information on the hotel facilities, they shared information on the church, visit to Padre Pio, the timings, with an additional tip to visit Monte Sant'Angelo. Because of this our trip was even smoother than planned plus we visited an additional site which we would not have known otherwise.

Very close to Padre Pio Shrine and the bus station. They helped me find the bus and times to Sant’Angelo shrine in another town. The hotel restaurant is very good. Breakfast was very good too.

We checked in at 11 pm but we were still waited for by the officer, very grateful. none
