Hotel is located in an extremely run down sketchy area. The room and hallway had a weird smell almost like mildew.

First the good in my opinion, we stayed in room 222 wich had 2 queen beds. Very comfortable and good pillows. The AC was amazing and kept us all plenty chilled in the 90+ heat. There was a elevator to get to out level wich is a great feature in a hotel. Extra special shout out the the lady who was in the breakfast area. She was super friendly and helpful. Also there is parking under the building out of the sun with plenty of light. Super amazing coffee in the breakfast area Ok, now the not so great. I wouldn't call this place a 3 star by any means. It definitely has a discount feel and shows. Getting into our room with the elevator there is a small room with a ice machine and it was really hot. Also the hallways had a chemical smell and we're not air-conditioned. In the room we were missing extra tolit paper and many of the usb or power outlets didnt work, the bathroom fan wasnt working or missing and the mirror fell off the wall with a lose screw. The walls had many areas with old dirt or crud and lots of paint chipping. The worst part was the breakfast. Calling it a buffet was a stretch. I instant eggs and salty sausage, everything else was considered continental breakfast. The area was very small and had to many tables. It was also really hot inside the room. Would I stay here again? Maybe, under $200 for 3 ppl. Not bad!

Afternoon staff was great very helpful. Pool area very clean and parking was very well lighted for safety.

Our room was clean each day, but coffee packs did not get replaced daily, despite asking one time. Our key card worked the outer and room door, but never worked for the Breakfast Room door; I had to ask the desk clerk each day to open it for us. The property was reasonably priced for the outskirts of San Jose, adjacent to freeways for easy access. There are almost no establishments (restaurants, stores) available within walking distance.

One of the cleanest places i've stayed for the price point. Breakfast selection was sparse, but I don't expect much from budget hotels.

We liked the place. The lobby was gorgeous like a castle 😬. Breakfast is decent. Minor issue was with the room config. Sink is outside the bathroom, “beside” the bed, but as I said minor issue for us. Staff were helpful and cheerful. No complaints. No problem staying here again.

Good property

My van was on site for 4 hours and was broken into. Thousands of dollars of tools and machinery parts stolen. Front desk associate acted like it was pretty common for that to happen. Didn’t offer to provide any video surveillance or help at all with the situation. This place is a dump! Secure your property!

They have great customer service; I had to attend an event and was able to leave my car in the parking lot even after checking out. The staff I dealt with were very friendly, and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d stay at this hotel again. 😎

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Fridge worked well, didn't use the air con. Bathroom could do with a lick of paint. Parking was fine, but very busy at nights. Staff seemed pretty disinterested. Good location with amenities nearby. Breakfast was good but limited selection.

When describing the entrance, it would probably be helpful to state that you can only enter the entryway from one side of the road

The room was clean and included breakfast, although we didn't get up. The bathroom light and exhaust fan turned on together and were very loud. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Room was ok , the ac didn’t work very well it was super hot and the ac kept turning off.

NOTHING This place was a horror story. There was hair on my bed sheets and in my parents room & in my brother’s room also, hair on the bed sheets. In the bathtub there was hair in the bathtub. The old towels that the guests used were still in my dad’s bathroom. It was a horrible experience do not stay here. Also elevator was shut down for three days and we were on the third floor.

Towels very cheap and scratchy Shower pressure was good, but it sort of dripped all night AC- it does NOT cool below maybe 70 degrees, which for me, was unacceptable. I have severe hot flashes and was looking forward to a cooler room overnight. The selected temp goes down as you press the "down' arrow, but the AC does not match. Breakfast was ok... rehydrated scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle iron, instant oats, apples, orange juice. Not the best but not the worst. VERY loud people above us- all night we could hear intermittent "thud" sounds and some voices which I assume was kids jumping off the bed. Not a quiet rest at all for me. Overall, for the price, mediocre. We chose this since others were full (graduation weekend).
