Days Inn by Wyndham San Jose

This place is horrible. Filthy dirty old and worn out. STINKS LIKE INTERNATIONAL COOKING SPICE that comes in through the AC. THE STAFF IS GREAT. kind, friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t stay there but one night. I had to sleep in my car it was so bad. Hair in the bed. Stains on the sheets. Unclean bathrooms. Fridge broken. Microwave broken. Pool green. Outside hallway and stairs need a power wash. Drips, stains. The whole place felt dirty all around you. Like I said the staff tried but they’re working with manure. Wyndham needs to give them some paint, new furniture and a maintenance staff to get this up to minimum par. And training for the housekeeping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will never stay there again.

We stayed at the Days Inn August 6. My employees showed up with our moving truck that was full of a customer stuff. The office manager instructed them to park it next to the office and said that it would be safe and my guys saw a camera so they didn’t think anything about it, however, they came out in the morning and the truck was gone and was stolen in the middle of the night so when they went to the manager’s office, he said that that camera was just for a show and that it didn’t work. He also said that he did his rounds of the Property between three and 3:30 AM but the Geo tab in the truck pinged at 3:17 and 322 so while he was doing his walk, the truck was stolen. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here unless they are wanting their car stolen or any of their belongings. Absolute trash and the police should investigate thefts reported at the hotel. A police report has been filed. An investigation is ongoing.

Staff wad nice and friendly My kids wanted to use the pool and it they told us it is not i. Used since the pandemic.

Not clean room every day. Charged more than rederivation price. Not response after requested to correct the amount charge.

Hair all over the beds and phone does not work; Advertised as breakfast included but did not provide at all. No water bottle in the room for making coffee. Refrigerator was smelly, felt like throwing up when opened it.

Room was very dirty. There was mold on shower curtains and along the tub. Floors didn’t look like it had been mopped. There were stains on the walls. Curtains were worn out. The couch was gross. It was so stained. The towels were just as gross. Both were stained.we will never stay here again.

I liked nothing about the property The rooms where super nasty, the walls where stained with dirt and a bunch of patches that weren’t painted. Also there was ants on my bed and the toilet was super nasty it didn’t work.

Despite of the above comments, Cris the manager was super nice. False advertisement by Expedia. No breakfast in the hotel!

All right! Hello, I stayed in the room on June 16–17, but the condition of the room was significantly below the standard advertised on Booking.com. The room was very dirty, the walls were damaged and worn, the laminate flooring was swollen and damaged, and the bed linen appeared dirty. In addition, breakfast was listed as included, but no breakfast was actually provided. I have photos documenting these issues. Due to the poor condition of the room and the missing advertised amenities, I would like to request appropriate compensation and a partial refund.

Absolutely filthy dirty. Amenities? You mean the blow dryer that blew out sparks? Disgusting. Dirty. No help or offer to move rooms.

Room needs updating and maintenance. Needs new blankets and sheets. Burn marks and holes in them

Although the staff was helpful in getting me a room, I quickly noticed the phone was disconnected, and the bathroom dingy and dirty evident of years of use. The staff returned to the room, moved the bed to access the phone hookup, revealing tons of dust and dirt. After changing the cord, phone still didn't work and he left. The bed was awkwardly made up with the top sheet on top of the blanket. Who wants to sleep with a scratchy blanket next to their skin? What?! While trying to salvage the night before a big hike, I realized I could not drown out the booming music nearby. So I packed up and returned to the office to drop off the key. Staff did not suggest a refund, or anything, so I left driving, an hr and half back home without going on my hike. I'll never again trust Days Inn. Why not call the police and lodge a noise complaint? I'm sure the city of San Jose has noise ordinances after 11 pm. Never again.
