Hampton Inn & Suites San Jose Airport

Our room was spectacular! I like that they allow animals. Just clean hotel spacious rooms. We had a great experience

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns. By far, this was the worst. Out dated old furniture to poor upkeep of the property. What Hampton is known for is their hot breakfast. Not only it wasn't hot, it was horrible from frozen white egg omelets to broken waffle maker to horrible French toast sticks to watered down orange juice, sorry selection of old fruit to hard boiled eggs that you couldn't peel the shell off to just a poor selection of food. This is the majority of the issues with what our party had. We had a couple of bites and ended up at Dennys. I asked why their was no potatoes and she said because that was on Saturday. I will never stay their again. I want my money back!!!

Nice and clean Breakfast items ran out when we went down at 9am

Room was a good size with a large work area and plenty of outlets, everything was very clean. The only odd thing was the elevators, they were creaking and stopped weird they still worked

Clean. Good breakfast for the most part. Aside from the potatoes being uncooked. So apparently the “system “ was down when we checked in. Our digital keys didn’t work to open the door, there was no WiFi, and the parking was horrible. No place to park!! We had to ask a staff member to contact the maintenance person every single time we wanted to re enter our room. It was exhausting. It made the stay really unpleasant. Couldn’t check in comfortably and couldn’t work on my stuff due to no WiFi and wouldn’t watch Netflix. Was forced to watch the horrible movies on live tv .

Everytime, from staff to clean rooms. I got switched to diferentes room but every thing good

Room smelled, staff was nice when checked in but when checking out staff at front desk was rude and yanked keys out of my hand and threw on the counter. There was roaches in the hallway we asked for a cleaner room with no smell and denied due to that they were booked up will never stay there again
