Room 166. It stunk bad they didn’t even do no house cleaning because all the towels were on the floor then they gave me 182 and there was a cockroach and no TV and I still haven’t received my money back $619 August 10 still no money

The place is a dump. Infested with roaches, tv had sound only, no picture, there is no wifi, loose tiles on the floor, ran the tub for like 5-10 minutes and all I got was luke-warm water.Compliments on the bedside tables and lamps though. Pretty classy

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in during my life so far. Luckily I was only staying for five-six hours for sleep so I could hit the road early in the morning while heading back to Phoenix from vacation. The 1st room AC/heat stopped working as soon as I turned it on; the front door handle from the inside fell apart as soon I left to grab water. The desk attendant gave me another room. The 2nd one had issues opening the door the keycard had to be placed in several times to open the door, also it had to pushed very hard to open the door. The room smelled bad and the people coming through the outside walk way were loud and I think they were doing drugs from what I saw once leaving (that’s a whole other conversation). Nonetheless lastly I noticed bed bugs on my mattress early the next morning and then saw bugs on the counter, the bathroom, the sink where you brush your teeth and several on the ground and they got into my luggage. I shook out what I could see. When I got home I immediately had to wash my clothes and I noticed a bug crawl out of my suitcase needless to say I threw it out. That hotel was disgusting inside and out and should be demolished. To place people in that is very unsatisfactory to say the least. I’m disappointed in the hotel establishment and Expedia allowing themselves to be third party to that. I would very much like compensation for going through that. I spent hard earned money for a hotel during a vacation and got problems I did not appreciate.

The room was dirty and the bathroom had mold

The property is not suitable for hotel guests. This property is used as a rental property for those who does not have a place to stay. I checked in they didn't have the room I reserved. They gave me a room with no TV and drawers where pulled out. The light in the room didn't work. Expedia need to take that hotel of their listing

It was good enough accommodations for being in a pinch and needing a quick stay. Thank you!

The room smelled. There was paint coming off the walls. The electrical was exposed. The TV and fire alarm looked like they were ripped out. The trash can was missing. There were lots of bugs. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Location is good. The moment I open the door, the room has strange smell. Insects are crawling, no lights in one room, the restroom is very old, a lot of stains and it smells awful. Carpet is very dirty. The receptionist is sleeping when we arrived around 11pm. It took us 20 mins to knock before he accomodate us.
