Hyatt House San Jose Airport

All around great with a helpful staff whether at the bar, front desk, etc.

We went to a concert at Levi’s Stadium and took the nearby train stop directly to the stadium. It was close, safe, and super convenient! We took it back as well and it was just as easy! Would definitely stay here again the next time we go to another concert or football game.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything about my stay was enjoyable, and I truly felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt House to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. My parking was not charged to my room as said by the front desk but I got a ticket on windshield from the parking company. . I was not sent a final receipt even after I asked for it. I was asked for my email address but they instead used it to add me to Hyatt membership that I did not ask for.

Thank you for going beyond the call of duty to get our son and granddaughter out of the stuck elevator!! The goodies you sent to each of our rooms were absolutely amazing! Thank you for understanding the situation with our son. You and your staff are amazing!!!

We were in San Jose for a reunion. Location was excellent, as were the facilities and staff. Parking lot was always full, but was able to find a spot close to entrance.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! From the rooms, to the staff, to the property as a whole was great. Very appreciative of allowing dogs to stay and the free breakfast every morning. Will definitely stay at this property again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House San Jose airport the past 2 days. I stayed here very frequently every time I visited San Jose. However this time i notice a much better experience here. Must be under new management! Everything was too notched from the front desk to the room and breakfast buffet. Everything is clean, modernized updated. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. Even though I stayed here numerous times, this time was extra special. If you ever experienced a Hyatt stay you will never wanted to stay anywhere else, even Hilton! 5 stars plus!!👍👍👍

All areas of the building were very clean, even though the hotel was fully booked. No problem with parking either. Only a 10–15-minute drive to the Convention Center. Nice and affordable place for a family. The kitchenette in our room was also a great option. The only downside was the pull-out sofa. The mattress was really uncomfortable and could use an upgrade.
