San Jose Marriott

I loved that the pool and hot tub were open until 11:00. It had a market with a Starbucks that was open early. The bed was comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and nice. A little generic, but a nice stay overall and would go back.

The room was clean and the staffs are helpful and great customer service. It’s my third time staying in this hotel and I’d choose it again and again. My only issue is they don’t have much vegan options.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional, even when I came down a few times to ask for additional amenities. I would definitely stay here again as the hotel is clean and the rooms are tidy.

This hotel was terrible. Restaurant eateries had limited menus. Extremely noisy at the lobby area and near our room. A multi story hotel yet only one elevator working. Every one was frustrated. Saw air pilots as guests from exhausted trips frustrated with the elevator access. Hotel accepted dogs while having no amenities for dogs such as containers with water. Only stayed one night. Reception area persons were not accommodating at all!

Everything we needed and more. Great stay!! Parking isn’t the best but that’s to be expected in a City and where they are located.

The property was suffice . It was clean ! Room service was on point .

As the hotel was connected to the McEnery Convention Center, travel from there to my room was very quick and efficient.

Staff were very friendly and answered all my questions, and the room was kept clean well.

Great location to walk in downtown San Jose and close to good restaurants.

Beautiful clean and comfy hotel, great pool! Friendly staff. Parking needs to be better. After already spending hundreds of dollars on the hotel room you would think you could park on site without having to spend $65+ a day. We parked off site and gave our money to someone else. Also, the market inside of the hotel while convenient, should be illegal with how overpriced it is. It's worse than an airport. My bottle of water was $8, and I had to put a small bag of Pretzels back because they were $13 and I refuse to overpay that much. Such a shame.

I love the fact that pool and gym stay open until late. I have to leave super early so didn't get to try the breakfast but the restaurant look great and fun at dinner time so my guess breakfast was good too. The parking is a big pricey at $65/night but well I didn't have any choice other than that I like the hotel.

Helpful staff, and great location! We are so glad we picked this instead of the several hotels around it.

Was in San Jose for a conference and enjoyed my 4-night stay. Used the gym daily, it worked out well. The spa was nice too. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant!
