Roomy and clean except the dead cockroach. I found an extremely large dead cockroach under the vanity. Location was super challenging to get to due to events; traffic was horrendous!

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had high expecrantion because of how is advertise in social media, the room was missing a couch, it only had one night stand, AC was loud all night and room walls are so thin you can hear the people next room. The pool does not offer any food or drinks and there is no music.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms were nice but i did see multiple roaches (alive/dead) inside of the hotel and I don't know what was going on with the elevators, but it took 15+ minutes for one to arrive at the lobby. Overall, a great stay in downtown San Jose with a lot in walking distance from the hotel.

Staff was great and helpful

I love how attentive and knowledgeable the staff was. They were very kind, very courteous. The establishment is centrally located to bars, restaurants, and the SA P Center within walking distance. It was easy to find the amenities, they offer service’s that were very convenient and customer friendly. I love the valet and that you can phone ahead for your car to be pulled out. They assist with your bags being taken to the car they assist with your bags being brought up to the room the overall experience was a 10 out of 10 highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Great hotel centrally located, excellent value

Loved the thoughtful text from the front desk asking if there was anything else we needed during our stay. Such a personable and unique touch—it really made us feel well taken care of!

A very nice place very well-located to downtown and SJSU. On-site food options are somewhat limited. Plenty of places walking distance. If you are just looking for the basics, there are nice cheaper alternatives nearby, but this is a nice place if you're looking for something a bit more upscale.

Nice hotel. Only problem was there over a busy weekend SJ Jazz Festival and half the elevators were not working. Had to wait line at "bank" or elevators to get up to my room only 2 of 4 elevators working

The furniture in the rooms are really old and kind of gross

I had a blast!! Parking can be tricky to find but there are places to parking all around the area. Its in the Heart of the city so everything is walking distance. Also when I visited there was a pool party wich was awesome.!! Will be back.
