Not sure if I liked the area. But the place was ok.

Very convenient cozy place

Very clean establishment but there were some issues like the toilet seat not being securely fastened and the water pressure in the sink being set so highly it would blast out, hit your hands and shoot about 4 feet onto the floor.

I really have nothing negative to say about this property. It fit the bill for a last minute visit

My family stayed here for a week, and we found the beds comfortable, the room clean, and the staff were very kind and receptive to our needs. There was plenty of parking, and we felt comfortable. We are glad we stayed here.

The property is located in a very noisy area so be prepared for poor sleep. The walls are also very thin. You can hear someone take a shower breakfast was from 6 to 9 AM which I thought was really early especially on a Saturday.

The area was ok I didn't like the owners hawking us the were always lurking as if they didn't have enough cameras. Just trying to be sneaky. No swimming pool.

This is a clean room with good AC. There was a fridge in the room, and a large desk workspace. There was quite a bit of free parking. The neighborhood is very gritty and didn’t feel like a nice area.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean except for the doors and walls were gross. The room we had for the first night was very moldy/ musty smelling but the room we switched to did not have a bad odor. It is the old saying, "You get what you pay for." and this experience definitely was that for us. There were nose burgers literally smeared on the bathroom walls and door, we unplugged the refrigerator because it made a squeaking sound when running, the outlets by the bathroom did not work and it was musty smelling. Our room was right by the stairs and exit sign. In the room beside us and at least one of them below us they had a group of young people staying in them both that were in the same "party" they were up and down the stairway all night smoking and very inebriated. (the walls are very thin) I was young once also and understand but when it turned into the kids having to help each other up and down the staircase and throwing up inside their rooms as well as outside, stumbling; almost falling down the stairs and over the railing it becomes a huge safety concern and I would think a liability for The Signature. I did email the front desk at about 1:15 AM and finally the party quieted down at 4:00AM The next morning we went and let the front desk know what had happened and that we wanted to check out (we had reserved two nights) they said they would still charge us even though it was way before checkout time so we discussed switching rooms for the second night which they agreed to. Although not what we wanted it was better than staying in the musty room again. I did call Booking.com to see if they could get me a refund for the second night so that we could stay elsewhere but after calling The Signature and speaking with someone there they said that since The Signature had offered us a new room that they could not do anything else for me. I received an email from The Signature saying they were sorry and that a new room would be waiting when we returned that night. When begrudgingly returning that night the front desk informed me that we were in the same room as the night before .. there was a lot of gaslighting going on from the employee!

guest are roaming around, talking loud at the hallways in the middle of the night till 3 in the morning, did not sleep well because of that.
