Downtown SLO Inn - San Luis Obispo

Hotel was decent, small parking lot, a bit on the older side, and no coffee in the morning.

The condition of the property is fair. The plus is that Hwy 101 is easily accessible.

Room was clean. No air conditioning. Bar door to bathroom is not staying close. 😉 but overall experience was good. I was worried about noise from highway but it was okay, not bothering us

The room was clean, yet needs an upgrade on decor. No hangers in closet. Parking lot could use a repave Staff did their job, which was to check you in. Didn't give any "extras" like where to eat, etc. (No I teraction at all).

The mattress was horrible, it felt like laying a bunch of pillows put together. The bathroom was would not close completely, the toilet was rubbing on the door you had to force it to get it thru the toilet. The floor was so dirty and sticky, obviously will never stay again nor will I ever recomend this place to anyone. Thank you!

Gross rooms. Sand on floor. Mirror so bad it was hard to use. SO tiny soaps, had to ask for more. Every piece of furniture had broken handles. Gashes and dents and painted over old fixture bases on most walls. The most divey place I've ever stayed at.

Great stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Very poorly maintained and not very welcome. This place is in bad shape, there was a lot of noise outside and room had poor sound insulation. Room did not feel clean. There was a really bad stale odor in the room and window had no screen on it to help air out the room, it also only opened about an inch. Another guest was smoking outside just a couple doors down so that made the smell even worse. Don’t stay here. Photos on website feel inaccurate, highly deceiving. Poor lighting, poor window coverings, terrible towels. It feels like that tried to update some things in the room but did so poorly, there’s still alot of grime in the room, including light switches that were broken or didn’t work. There’s other motels near by that are much better to stay at.

Parking lot was very small and limited and there was no body soap in the dispenser.

Room was clean but when we checked the bathroom the bottom border of the wall had mold. Had to call room service for towels because there was none. Bed felt like it had tins cans inside it

The location was convenient for my church retreat Lights would flicker like mad in the bathroom mostly like a disco ball and the lamps flickers we got an upstairs room and people downstairs complained right away and we were barely taking our things up from the room . Next morning when we got up to shower they started banging on the floors underneath us . The manager in charge was rude to me , when we were barely getting our stuff in and the downstairs started complaining. We weren’t even settled yet . We felt uncomfortable and almost just asked for our money back. Parking is horrible and partiers loud at night .
