Friendly staff and room and building was clean.

The hotel room was clean. However the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty; these should be checked before guests arrive.

This is our third time staying there and all three times were excellent!

The outside grounds were extremely well maintained, beautiful actually. My biggest dislike was our Room. Rm 102 was at the end of the long hallway right next to an entrance/exit door which WAS NOT equipped with any soft-close hardware. At a minimum 10 or 12 times Saturday night and 2 or 3 times on Sunday night we were awakened by a loud SLAM, 20 minutes later - SLAM, another 20 minutes - SLAM, 10 minutes later - SLAM and SLAM! (I guess he forgot something in the car.) Then 30 minutes later - SLAM Just as your falling asleep again - SLAM! This went on until about 3:00 am Sunday morning . But then as guess started leaving again in the early morning… SLAM, SLAM, SLAM! You get my point. If the price is right we might book this hotel in the future but I’m d#€$ sure I’m NOT staying in Rm102.

One of the elevators was out of order, the pool was closed. Overall was a nice place.

Other than the child that was running in the room on the floor above us the stay was very good.

The staff was awesome. So was the overall stay. Even with the technical issues, everyone stayed positive and happy, making the stay wonderful. We will be returning for our next trip. There was a problem with the internet when we got there and couldn't check in. After about an hour and half, we tried again. They could check us in on paper but it took another 6 hours to get finally checked in. And then 1 elevator went down.
