The room was clean and the area was quiet

I didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and other people seemed to enjoy the pool area. My room was one of the studios that had its own kitchen area. I didn’t use it for my short stay, but it looked like it could be very useful. Glasses, bowls, plates, and silverware were included, which was very nice, but I decided not to use them because one glass did not look or feel clean. I just used some of the wrapped, disposable cups provided for coffee. For anyone choosing to use the kitchen, be sure to bring your own dishwashing liquid, as it did not appear to be provided. (They might have had some available in the office. I did not ask.) Other than the one glass, the room appeared very clean. While I prefer to stay closer to the downtown area and the university, this facility had quick access to the freeway and Los Osos Valley Road, so it was easy to get where I needed to be by driving. Plenty of parking was available.

This place is great if you just plan to sleep in it. The towels were clean but felt like sandpaper. The pillows and mattress were very hard.

the location isn't ideal, you must have a car. there is nothing within walking distance. The room has a coffee machine and the lobby serves coffee at 6:15 am but no breakfast and it's a bummer. we had to leave one day at 7 and a lot of the places around open after 7. I would really appreciate some snacks in the lobby or fruits. something. also no shampoo or conditioner in the room that was a bit surprising. the lobby people were very nice, polite, helpful. the lady gave my dog a treat. check in and out was easy. would recommend knowing to just be ready upfront with these things above.

The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is super comfy. This was our second stay here and if plans permit we shall certainly come back.

It’s a great spot in the SLO area. It feels tucked away and is really close to a great shopping center. The amenities are nice.

Room was clean, had a tiny make-shift kitchen to use in case you wanted to cook something. Also had a good size fridge. Queen size beds make for a comfy sleep, My issues were that there are no outlets for charging unless you have a block to use with charging cord. Im referring to USB-C plugs or even a functioning USB plug. I also dont like that there are no fans in the restroom. The room looked nice but looking closer, it was shotty work, especially in restrooms. While the price is less expensive than other properties nearby, its not worth what they are charging.

Everything amazing just wished we could stay longer but we ran out of funds to stay but hopefully we will be back

Check in experience was not good. Staff were talking about nothing pertaining to work and made us stand there. Person who checked us in was rude and short. We had requested a downstairs and employee got agitated. No amenities in room. We had to ask for dish soap and use our own paper towels. No shampoo/conditioner. No hand soap, no tissues. TV stations were very limited. Lots of guest drinking and partying and loud during the week. Weekend had more families. We did travel with our dog. Good on- leash dog area. Bags and trash provided. Kitchen was very limited. We did not use the pool but was clean. Overall, would we use this hotel again? Probably not. During the week, we did not feel safe because of the other guest which seemed like workers needing a place to stay overnight. Glad we had our x-large dog. It would be better to pay more. The lure of having a kitchen (if you can call it that) and no charge for dogs still was not worth it.
