Room was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. There was plenty of parking, and the room had good air conditioning, which was a plus. The only downside was that the bed was a little too firm for my liking. Other than that, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained.

No safety bars in the shower. Always a good thing even if it's not handicapped. Anyone can slip.

The room was not properly cleaned. It appeared that an individual had started to clean the room, and then stopped janitorial supplies were left in a chair in the room. There was hair in the sink. The baseboards were not properly swept and maintain.

The only thing that was wrong with Mission Inn was the neighbors upstairs. It’s not exactly Mission Inns fault, but man. The ceiling was sorta thin…however, the neighbors upstairs stayed up super late and would not stop stomping around up there.

Expected housekeeping - no fresh towels. It was ok. I don’t think I’d stay there again.

The staff was very professional. The bed was comfortable. It was in walking distance of restaurants. There were no cups for drinking in the room. There was no water in the vending machines. There was quite a bit of hair in the shower and in the toilet area. We did express this to the office at check out and were told someone would be giving us a call or some sort of communication which did not happen

Great location. Pet friendly. Nice layout of the room. I liked the step in shower- easy access. Room had nice big screen TV with fridge and microwave. Will stay again. Only negative is that the beds were on the soft side. Would have preferred a firm or extra firm mattress for my back.
