Great Property! Well maintained for an older hotel. Clean room. Water pressure good. Quick breakfast with toast, cereal, and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived later and was greeted with a smile. Definitely would stay again.

Nice little motel with an amazing bench swing in the back. The bed was much to soft, the kind of soft that has you either sinking in or sliding off. The bath room was dated with the access to the toilet so narrow that claustrophobia and bruised shoulders are serious issues.

Great staff. Rooms are well maintained for being old. Glad the had complementary coffee in n the AM. Looked like your average continental breakfast. Nice touch. Every thing was clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in SLO. Parking is great - for 99% of the rooms available the parking is right in front of your room. Super close to highways and easy to find. Nice people at the reception, and great breakfast. Gas station across the road, too.

This is one of the most inviting, clean, and cozy establishments in the area. Our stay was exceptional. We had to arrive late Thursday evening, and the staff made that seamless and simple. They were accommodating and polite, also informative about the area. Even the parking lot is clean at this place. On a strip of hotels in the SLO area, this one is an easily noticeable gem. Would recommend. Will be returning!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Peach Tree Inn! I especially loved the charming little deck just off the main dining area—it was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while my girls relaxed in the room and watched TV. They also offered a continental breakfast, which was simple and perfect for the girls. The inn had such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and was a lovely stop on our girls’ trip!

Noisy room, right next to the freeway. A little run down. Room alternated between being hot and cold during the night. Good value, but overall not great.

Really nice place - a bit dated, but it has everything you need.

What a quaint inn. The room was VERY clean. Our stay was for only one night, but, we enjoyed the property. If I needed to stay in San Luis Obispo again, I would definitely stay here.

The Peach Tree was cute and clean. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

The property is very clean, the Continental breakfast is perfect for me, and the coffee is fantastic. The rooms could use an update.

Highly recommend upgrading to the buildings away from the main road. Shower pressure could be improved but we had a great stay.

Outdated fixtures in the bathroom it looked like soap scum all over the areas

The location, the peaceful and nature! Walking distance to downtown SLO.

I liked the room and the comfort. I liked the sitting areas inside and outside. The breakfast and staff. We found everything we needed in the room for our use. Only the water in the shower was very slow but we made it work.

Overall the place is really calm and we didn't have a problem with noise, but it seems that this depends on whether other residents are loud or not, because sounds can easily be heard. However, as I said, we didn't have any problem with that.
