Nothing was good The staff was rude. The water in the room didn’t work. They changed our room but there were bugs everywhere. The place was dirty not clean. The breakfast was horrible and staff did not care about helping.

I highly recommend this is beautiful beachfront hotel in front of Panwa beach.My family had good time with their sea view room,pool view room and kid pool.Their pool is big beautiful with ocean view of Panwa beach.I really love their coffee breakfast at their sea view restaurant in front of Panwa beach.Nice services.I will come back again

The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and the location is actually great. There is a market that opens every night right on the street in front of the condo complex. 1. We were trying to find the hotel at night and the directions have you going to the condos, which is a couple of hundred yards away from the front desk. Nothing is well lit so we drove past the hotel 3 times without finding it. 2. There are no phones in the room, so if you want or need something, you have to walk a couple hundred yards to get anything. (Room service) 3. There are no outlets in the kitchen area nor are there any along the wall in the bedroom area.

Right on the ocean, quiet area The rooms smell damp / musty; I paid the extra and booked an ocean view and ended up with a room with NO WINDUW! It did have a side door leading onto a narrow balcony that ran the length of the building which gave me a small view of the ocean, however, there were no chairs and it had garbage on it and puddles because the air-conditioning units ran right out onto it. I asked for a different room with the window., but the staff said I had to talk to management who were only there for a short period that first day so I missed them. I contacted Booking.com and the next morning I had a room with a window.! it also smelled musty, but the window was great view of ocean and sunlight! There were no electric outlets in places where you need them like by the kettle or in the bathroom. The room itself was clean and the staff were amazing and friendly., the problems weren’t there doing. I don’t think there was a pool as advertised at least I couldn’t find it. The Wi-Fi only reached one room and the staff explained that it was a small Wi-Fi unit, therefore would not reach other rooms. Buffet breakfast started at 6:30 and was cold by seven. They did not keep it heated and when I asked for a microwave to heat my breakfast, they said they didn’t have one. Definitely poor value for the money and very very falsely advertised. I would not stay there again.

Strong AC. Decent bed. Room phone did not work. Unit I was given was a very far walk from entrance. Window view was of trash and random foliage.

Their hotel staffs is helpful and good service mind.Thier Deluxe room with balcony garden view is beautiful.I love their big ocean view swimming pool and sea view restaurant in front of Panwa beach
