Todo muy limpio

Staff and breakfast were very good! Air-conditioning worked great and bed was comfortable. However, the carpet was absolutely filthy and would leave black residue on your feet if you walked barefoot. The shower fixture leaked and the handle would come off when you tried to turn it on. The pool looked like it was not a good place to swim ever. The icemakers were all broken, though the staff would bring you ice if requested. In room coffee maker also leaked.

I will say this. It was already an emotional time because I was taking my daughter. We stayed there to drop off my child for her. We stayed there to drop off my child for their first day in college. I've stayed at other Comfort Inn locations. It's not top tier, but it's not usually bottom of the barrel. And for the price, it was something that we could afford. Upon arrival, we were advised that the elevator didn't work and we would be compensated through points. We had so much going on, and we had the items in our car. I really didn't have time to just cancel the reservation and go elsewhere, but I should have. Once we got in the room, we did notice a smell. It was kind of warm in there. We just turned on the AC and kind of dealt with it. We also noticed it was right by the highway, our room, and we realized that we were going to hear the traffic on 35 all night long. I was not aware of that when I booked, but that's on me. When we went to take a shower later that evening, we only had enough towels for two people, and we had three people in the room. And also the bathtub was very dirty. It was after cleaning hours and later in the evening. I did not reach out to the hotel staff to let them know that it was clean. Going forward, I would never stay there again.

I had a bad experience I booked in advance and paid in advance because there was no option to pay on arrival and there is no refund, I came to register the sore and they gave me a dirty room towels pulled and dirty beds I called the reception they gave me another room and the air did not serve the elevator does not work, the super dirty pool with green mud the truth is I do not recommend it at all for the cost is very deplorable the hotel .... Horrible experience

The hotel elevator was broken. The stairs are disgusting, and I was on the third floor. No ice in any machine on any floor. Mildew and damp floors in the room. The shower was broken. Roaches on the dining room floor. Pool disgusting.

It had good breakfast and breakfast area was clean. Sheets were clean The elevator was broke and so you had to take the stairs that had ripped up stained carpet and smelled. All the ice machines were broken. No warm water for showers (a tinge over freezing cold) Curtains torn carpet in hall and room dirty. Walls dirty. Poor lighting in hall and room (probably to hide the dirtiness) Pool green Complete false advertisement from pictures presented on booking.com site

2nd time i stay good area Elevator was not workin and room was in 3rd floor

This is probably the worst experience that I’ve had staying in hotel. First of all the elevator was broken and apparently that had been the case for a very long time. The room was stinky, smelled very moldy, rips on the sofa, shower not hot, cracks in the sink. This property is very poorly maintained. I understand that it is an old building, but the ownership is doing absolutely nothing to maintain this property. Location is great though and it is close to restaurants and the school. Breakfast was served, which was okay, but overall the experience was not very pleasant.

The location is in great proximity to TXST and The staff was genuinely the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciated their willingness to assist us when we needed something. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs significant attention and updating. When we arrived, there was no one stationed at the front desk. Instead, there was a phone with a sign instructing guests to call for assistance so that an employee could come to the desk. It appeared that the front desk staff were also responsible for duties elsewhere in the hotel, which was concerning from the start. The elevator was out of service, and our room was on the third floor, so we had to use the stairs throughout our stay. While we were physically able to do that, I immediately wondered how this would be handled for an elderly or disabled guest. Making matters worse, some of the lights in the stairwell were out, leaving portions of the stairs very dark. I was also concerned about security. The exterior doors we used appeared to remain accessible without requiring a room key, even later at night. Combined with the dark stairwells, this did not make the property feel particularly secure. The hotel itself also felt very dated and poorly maintained. The carpeting throughout the property was extremely old, there was an unpleasant odor, and the AC in our room sounded as though it was struggling to operate. The shower curtain did not contain the water properly, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor when showering. The phone in our room was not connected and did not even have a cord available to connect it. There was also no iron in the room. When I called to request one, the staff member was very kind but explained that they would have to see if they could locate one from another room. There were cleanliness concerns as well. The inside of one of the lampshades had a very noticeable dried substance on it that looked as though it had been there for quite some time. I want to emphasize again that the staff members we encountered were wonderful. They were pleasant and helpful, and my complaints are not directed toward them.

Just don’t. If u have a regular hotel you stay at normally when traveling to this area book it. Do not book this one especially if they are full! I booked this for move in weekend and when it was time for bed and a shower there wasn’t any hot water! Called the front desk she moved us into the room right next door which is still connected to the prior room. She only did what she could on a busy weekend but being short staffed or unable to accommodate for the full price of a suite on a busy weekend doesn’t sit right with me. Host was told people were taking up 2 parking spaces but nothing was done. We had to park at chilis. (Directly next door) also shower curtain didn’t fit the shower so a mess was made and cleaned up before bed. She left a note but no one has contacted me.

When we arrived the elevator was out of service. The carpeted stairway was a bit scary and there was broken equipment like ice makers. Then there was no parking. The front lot has about 10 spots and even fewer in the back alley of the hotel. We had to park in the nearby restaurant parking lot and prayed our car would be safe. The room was decent for a night but I wouldn't stay here for more then that.

Good Ice maker wasn’t working. Elevators weren’t working. Pool was dirty. Smelled bad

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the pool is green, but algae growing! The elevators were out of order as well as the ice machine! Air conditioner, barely blew out cold, plus dirty bathtub and roaches
-
No assistance at front desk. Rooms smelled like mold. Ice machines did not work on every floor. Elevator was broken and no available rooms on the first/second floor. Mother had to climb three flights of stairs with a bad knee. There was a dead baby spider in my bed under the pillow. This was one of the worst stays I've experienced.

Very good

I stay with Comfort Suites often in my travels and usually am very pleased. However, this hotel was simply falling apart. I had 2 rooms - BOTH had water leaks - one was so bad that a trashcan had to be placed outside my door by the desk person - who was very apologetic and had a great, humble spirit even with the worst of happenings. The charging port did not work, the curtains were falling off, the bathroom needed a complete overhaul. The rooms reeked of must and mold.....just sad The staff was THE redeeming quality of this hotel. My photos would not upload, which may be for the best

The elevator was out of order, but the staff helped take our luggage to the second .floor. The bathtub was dirty, but beds were comfortable. The tv went in and out, but the breakfast in the morning was good and well maintained by an excellent host. Not sure if we will stay again

The elevator was broken, the swimming pool was green the walls had green mold, the stairway were dark unsafe and smelled like wet and mold
