Horrible

There room smelled of the put out ciggarets that were in the pot at the front door and pot and the beds also had bed bugs and blood on the mattress. Stayed two minutes and left as fast as we arrived.

The sheets were dirty in spots, my husband killed a roach in the bathroom, the toilet was not secured to the floor, the mini fridge was dirty. Some lights didn't work so it was very dim and the room smelt like cigarettes. The room needs a good cleaning and updates.

The staff was great. I had no problems with them at all. I had no problems with parking either. The pool was out of commission. I noticed that when I first got there. When I was heading to the stairs, there was a room that I assumed was not ready for stay. The window was open and you could see tools and multiple things in there as if it was where repairs happen. Cool idea, but personally, I thought it should have been closed. I proceeded upstairs. On my way to my room, there was an AC unit just out on the walkway on the 2nd floor right above the office. Had there been someone working on the rooms, that would have been more understandable. I checked in around 8 PM. Maintenence was not working on the rooms or AC units. When I finally got to my room, I scanned my key. The light turned green, but the door wouldn't open. I had to literally use my body to hit the door open. My bed was made. When I turned the covers back, the sheets were stained. My shower didn't get hot, even when turned all the way to the left. My husband ended up killing 2 crickets in our room. I appreciated the soap, towels, and extra tissue in the bathroom.

The amount of bugs in the room was horrid, the door didn't close all the way it actually looked like it had been kicked in the top lock was broke off so no sense of security in our room. The place was dirty inside and out of the room. I wouldn't recommend this place to homeless people.

The location was good just 2 minutes from the hotel my daughter was staying at. I wish I had booked my stay at the same hotel. It was very nice and clean and I stay with them Sunday night. I should have just paid the extra money to stay at the Hilton. It was filthy!!! The towels looked like shop towels. Stains all over them. The nonsmoking room reeked.of smoke. We had a hard time breathing in the room. Everything was just gross. I my opinion it wasn’t worth the $80 a night I paid.

Everything was terrible. I would book this place for my worst enemy to stay here!

The lady in the front was so sweet The room was so dirty, went to front office and they were kind enough to switch room second room just the bath tub was dirty, there were people arguing outside and slamming doors

Hair in tub, bed solid as a rock, super friendly staff. Pool empty with broken glass on the ground and the gate was unlocked, good thing I didn't dive in head first.

This motel was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The room was a nonsmokers and it smelled like smoke. The pillows has a awful smell to them and they were all stained, I did not undo the bed because I was already disgusted. The towels,omg... the were dingy, and stained. And to top off the night. Me and my daughter were having our dinner when the roaches started to run on the wall. That was the cherry on the cake.

The AC didn't work we were sweating all night refrigerator was not cool our food was going bad there was hair all over the bed sheets and the restrooms were not clean at all.

Ended up leaving and not staying.

I want to start off with the towels they were just dirty ,bathroom there is literally not even hand soap , shampoo , conditioner absolutely nothing and a roach behind the toilet and on the toilet paper. This place is disgusting. Even when you walk in the room the air in the room is stale. This was only one night and it was a terrible stay.
