How clean it was and friendly the staff Nothing

Beautiful view on sixth floor, pool and restaurant area The living area lights were full blast, either all or nothing. Would have been great to have dimmer switch or some lamps to control the brightness level better

Not a beachfront, no airport shuttle include and not a true "oceanview"

That the restaurant staff upstairs were friendly and there’s a supermarket next door N/a

The hallway light stayed on all night it was hard to sleep with the light the keep on

Great clean property. Wished the ocean view was a clear ocean view but it worked The ocean view was obstructed and sometimes in the morning you would smell a sewer smell.

Yessie, the bartender/server on the roof, was amazing. The food and drinks at the Watermark were excellent. We had a combination of appetizers in the evening and the Belezian breakfast in the morning. Our room was very spacious. We had the 2 room suite. My only critique about the room is that it should have been designed with 2 bathrooms instead of just a sink in the second room. The beds were comfortable. It was a short ride from the airport, and there was a grocery store next door. Although we didn't purchase anything from the boutique in the lobby, the prices were very reasonable. I was quite surprised by their prices. There are no irons in the rooms, but you can request one from the front desk. I would switch the towel distribution to the roof instead of the front desk, but this may be due to needing someone always available to distribute the towels as the server on the roof has to go down to pick up orders from the kitchen. They also need some sort of plug in air freshener when it is the time of the year when the seaweed is excessive. I understand the seaweed is beyond the control of the hotel, but the rooms needed a diffuser. They did have one in the lobby.

We had a wonderful vacation. The Hotel location is perfect. Our ocean view room was fabulous. Comfortable bed, great room amenities, very comfortable.

The staff were readily available to assist when needed

Good value in an overpriced destination. It's a bit outside the center.

My room sat right off the main road and was noisy.

Location was good Beach area left some to be desired

the hotel is far from the city center and very far from the ferry terminal and from the airport. It does not offer any advantage compared to the hotels in downtown San Pedro.

There is not a single thing I would change about my stay. I loved it.
