The place is ok the staff are very friendly

Did a last minute booking and found this place. Clean room and amenities. Parking was a little cramp if you have a full size SUV. Close to beach and restaurants.
-
Room was clean, we'll organized and even featured a separated room, much to my pleasant surprise. However, toilet was clogged when we got there. Due to my own extreme late arrival, we were not able to obtain a plunger or have staff clear the clog.

Honestly, it was a quiet little property and you actually got a visitor. Looks like they have a local raccoon that just likes to make sure that all of the neighborhood cats are kept in order very friendly wasn’t aggressive. Definitely don’t recommend feeding them though. He didn’t seem too scared of people cool property

We stayed here the night before the cruise.. great location. Clean, well kept and spacious for our family of 5. Staff was super helpful and nice. Even had kitchenette and fridge. Great choice for us.

My room was clean and the staff was friendly. It is located in a nice area and the best part is that the beach is about a 5 minute walk away.

Now the staff here are really cool when you get a chance to talk to them but other than that it's really renovated but it's comfortable I'm in a one-bedroom suite a Park House refrigerator decent TV AC could be a little better than I have one in the master bed and that well there's no jacuzzies or pool mine is supposed to the beach and a couple restaurants everything else closer downtown to San Pedro but this place is here for being near the beach and the point

However there were some very minor repairs that need to happen in the room, additional information about operating the AC would be nice along with the sensor being in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius... and the floor turned my white socks grey on the bottom...

The staff was wonderful and helpful. However, the buildings themselves are old and not up to modern standards. It was okay for a one night stay, but we would not return. Oldest part of San Pedro!

This was a convenient hotel good for a one night stay. There was very limited parking but we were able to park inside the lot while some guests had to find street parking. The microwave and refrigerator were an added bonus to the room. The AC was great at cooling the room upon arrival but had an error code and did not work the next morning when it started to get warm again. We tried to alert the front desk but no one was there. The blackout shades did not keep the sunlight out.

We needed a last minute hotel in San Pedro and due to the good reviews, chose this hotel. While it might not look like a good stay from the outside, it very much enjoyed it! Very nice, friendly staff (even checking in at 10pm), and spacious, clean room. We didn't know it actually had a second bedroom for the queen bed - that would have been so helpful if we'd had our kids with us or one of us had work to do. Comfortable bed, clean linens, good sized TV, lots of space to move around or place suitcases. The bathroom was a little small but very clean. Shower door did tend to slide open while in the shower but not a big deal. One negative was the overhead lights in the bedroom stayed on very dimly, like nightlights - they need to turn those off, very distracting. It was quiet for being a Saturday near main streets. Parking was easy. We walked about 1 minute to Pacific Diner for breakfast - long time favorite, and it was so nice to just walk over. We would definitely recommend!

Room was very clean and check in was easy. Air conditioner worked very well. Check in staff was friendly and very helpful. Bed was very firm for my liking and parking was tight. Overall good stay and a safe well lit location.

Floors were filthy, the place looks extremely run down, desk man doesn’t really care and doesn’t want to be bothered especially if he’s smoking! Super sad others listed this as a great place!! Waste of my money!!

This hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area was very quiet. There is a park near the hotel with nice cliffside ocean views, great for pictures or walking. Parking was not an issue for us and we were even able to secure a spot right outside of our door.

Air conditioning is only in one room

Clean room, good price. Good overall 😊
