Insanely rude staff who is pretty much never at the desk

Horrible service , no parking. There was roaches in the facility. Staff wasn’t helpful at all

Roach infested .. ghetto area and people that work there are not polite or helpful.. they go Into rooms when the customer is away.. making up excuses to fix something.... do not stay .. you get what you pay for..

It was clean it was nice it was right by bus transportation the restaurant was nearby everything was comfortable for me and my husband and I enjoyed the manager I enjoyed the housekeepers I enjoyed the quietness the environment the cleanest I just really enjoyed it and if I book a cruise again I will make sure I will come back to this hotel the sheets everything was clean I had no problem the man went above and beyond expectations and I am so happy that I did choose this motel 6 and I choose it again It was a lot of stray cats around there that's scary I'm scared of cats that's the only thing I can say bad about it they just had some cats around there and I'm scared of cats not the motels 6 fault but I'm just scared of cats that's the only thing bad I can say about it other than that I had a really nice time at this hotel I'm sorry motel 6 but doesn't mean you have a hotel because it's what's really nice and clean to be a motel 6 I'm just saying and nobody's paying me to say anything I really enjoyed the environment

Parking is terrible. There is no onsite parking only street that is very full. We had to park a block away around the corner.

Pleasant

The hallway smelled awful upon arriving. Luckily the room didn't smell as bad. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and the AC barely worked. The staff was very kind.

The photos used in the listing do not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. Parking was also a significant issue. There is no dedicated parking lot, only limited street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. We were unable to find any designated handicap parking spaces. Accessibility was another concern. The property did not appear to be particularly handicap-friendly, which made it difficult to accommodate mobility needs. In addition, several of the electrical outlets were extremely loose and would not reliably hold plugs in place. We visited the property before our scheduled stay to make sure it would meet our needs and ultimately decided not to stay after seeing the conditions in person. I would encourage future guests, especially those with accessibility concerns, to contact the property directly before booking to verify that it will meet their needs.

Parking. Hotel smelt like smoke, Instantly gave me prison vibes. When I tried to get my refund since I couldn't park nor check in the floor manager kept on hanging up and making himself look like a victim. Don't ever check in here, I feel scammed.

Great find for my stay. I loved everything.

Exceptional

Room 107 was clean and had a really good air conditioner. Unfortunately the room didn't have a fridge. Staff was nice and they had coffee in the mornings.

Don’t stay here ! They tried to accuse my kids of having a “water party” because the condensation from the shower made the room look wet. The windows do not hold up on their own so I couldn’t open. My kids did not play in the water and I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE ACCUSATION!

There no parking and it’s not the same one from the picture looks like I’m back home in the trenches I was promised a swimming pool so I can feel like an insta baddie all I felt was like a saddie

Location is bad, there is no parking. The hotel is unkept, noticeable damage and towels are old
