For longer scheduled stays for quests the shampoo could have been bigger please.

Very nice people. Hotel is great location for cruise port. Parking is good. And shuttle to the port. Nice rooms too

Place was dirty, cloth dresser way too old, bathtub was stained, nasty.. And it was too expensive.

Excellent for the price and close to many different restaurants as well as your standard fast food chains. The pool is also a nice touch especially if you have children.

This property was run down and kind of dirty. Stayed two nights and left. Parking was real wonky only one way in and out.

It was easy to interact with staff. I had to be moved due to plumbing issues, but they made it easy. It was a clean, comfortable place to stay. I felt safe enough for the money.

Mold, A LOT OF MOLD. Front desk was also rude and explaining information when questions asked, he seemed very dismissive and annoyed that I had questions about my stay. I simply won’t be booking there again.

Breakfast was rather continental, but in an emergency or time-strained situation would suffice. Coffee was good which should be good news. Some decent breakfast places are in the area. The hotel is generally well communicated. Direct bus from bus stops across the street takes you to Long Beach. Taxi to LAX costs about 40-50 usd (I used lyft). Can't say that there were really bad points. I mean the AC was working and the refrigerator was keeping cold. The building has some years on it and the floors will tell you about it. The place is kept clean though and the bed was comfortable (for me). No bugs, which is quite important!

Clean and well located hotel with lots of cuisine options nearby. Staff were all great! Room comfortable and clean w good AC. Shuttle aervice to cruise ship was a great bonus! Juice and snack morning options were more than adequate ...

This is a perfect budget option for a single night before sailing on a cruise. The hotel is clean and basic and offers free shuttle to the port, it is walking distance from many fast food restaurants. Nothing fancy but good enough for a night.

Always clean and tidy. Great location just across the bridge from shoreline village in Long Beach.

I’m sorry to but I didn’t like the property. The property is not clean plus the furniture is old and worn, the floors were shipped and someone can get hurt.
