The property requires a considerable amount of maintenance and upgrading. It needs a thorough and deep cleaning. Floors are filthy. Toilets require maintenance. Linens are old and worn. There is a smell of weed and cigarettes on and off throughout the day. There is scattered and unfinished work being done throughout the property. Photos provided of the property on the Expedia site were deceiving. Staff will only make excuses but it's pretty obvious they know what's going on. I realize this is a discount hotel but this is absurd. I would not have stayed or would have checked out earlier but it was too late to find anywhere else.

First of all the room was clean but a couple of things were bad the flooring was popping up in different spots,loose toilet seat bathroom door had loose hinges couldn't even close the door the front dead bolt wouldn't turn to lock the top latch was in operable (missing pieces) I showed up late so I didn't say anything and I usually don't complain. So I didn't tell the property manager anything.

The staff were super helpful. Even when I had complained about cigarette smoke. The room was clean. I know the furniture is old and rundown but I didn’t see anything that alarming.

The pictures on the website for tge hotel are deceiving. The room I stayed in was not fully clean. The floors were dirty and the restroom as well. The inside on the microwave had food crumbs i wouldn't recommend this hotel. I when ahead and wiped all the areas I touched with my own antibacterial wipes. Truly disappointed.

The room was updated inside. the property didn’t reflect the same picture. My door didn’t close correctly felt loose, I used a chair to feel a little more safe.

I ran out of their. I didn't care about how much I paid for two rooms. I will never stay there again!!!!

The price The cashier acting like he's better then everyone interrupting a phone call I was on taking down to me almost got him hurt

It was dirty, windows had blinds that did not cover entire windows, bugs and cockroaches all over the floor. I will not be staying here ever again.

It wasn’t what I was expecting no hand soap no tissues the bed sheets were dirty. Had to purchase my own bed sheets in order to sleep there. There were a bunch of roaches I couldn’t use the bathroom comfortably. I wanted to cancel the booking but we got back to the hotel at midnight so it was too late for me to want to find something else but I’m very disappointed for what I paid for . I’ve spend $85 for something more cleaner than this place .

Location TV kept going off and on.

The only thing that this place has going for it, is thats its close to San Pedro fish market.

The guy in charge was very generous and helpful very cool guy I’d definitely give this place a try good business good vibes
