Air conditioner was loud and didn’t work very well. Property is run down and needs lots of work

The staff was awesome! Wish the swimming was still functional. Location was great for catching the cruise ship. Chairs in our room weren't built for large people, so they weren't very comfortable. There weren't any amenities. No ice, no breakfast, no pool, etc. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms were clean, beds very firm, otherwise quiet..

The sta ff was super friendly and very helpful. It is also close to the cruise ship terminal. We actually walked there with our luggage and it only took about 20 minutes.. alldownhill.

My only real complaint is that the air conditioner was pretty weak and did not keep the room cool in the day/evening. By middle of the night it finally would get the room feeling chilled.

Basic room, window air conditioning, sketchy neighborhood. No ice machine.

The place was remodeled and looked nice. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. I do feel it was a bit overpriced for what it offered. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. I would also recommend putting a small dresser in the rooms. There is nowhere to put your clothing. Perhaps an ice machine?

I stayed one night before a cruise. The prepay price was very reasonable. I believe there have been recent updates to the motel property. The upstairs room was spacious and clean. No carpet but laminate flooring. The TV was a Roku system. There was an iron and board in the room. I was able to re-iron my sun dresses. Sam was the person at check-in at 7:30 pm. He was very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions about dinner options (chose door dash plus delivery is to room - outside door) and best way to go to port in the morning. I’m glad I read trip advisor reviews. It was true!

Cons: there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom faucet. Bad sewage smell. There is a 25$ early check in fee. There is a food truck that serves good Indian food on the property. Highly recommend the food truck.

Their was no ice machine or vending machine they had a pool but they fill it up with dirt and made it a flower garden that sucks.
