Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. A mini refrigerator is needed in the room. Staff were great!
-
Large family stayed one night everyone was so nice and helpful will stay there again.
-
Parking isnt free, something I didnt see in previous reviews and its 24$ a day i beleive. Aside from that it was a good stay, dont forget to ask the front for a free cookie!!
-
close to the pier. convenient for any cruise line
-
Clean room, staff was friendly!

Everything was great
-
The restaurant is open during odd times and the bar closed earlier than the stated time so we couldn’t get a meal or drinks the entire time we stayed. We also couldn’t use the internet. If all you need is a room to sleep in, then it’s perfect, but the amenities leave a little something to be desired.

Great location
-
Clean room, good amenities. Easy access to marina! Welcoming staff with complimentary cookies !
-
Systems were down. They ended up giving us a room that was already occupied. Then had to wait flr another room.
-
The room’s AC was not working (they should have made sure the room is all functioning and ready to be lived in) Help didn’t show up for two hours to assess the situation despite repeated calls every 20 min or so. They kept saying the person is at lunch and we’ll send someone shortly. The room temp. was 80 and after 5 hours we were switched to another room. No help or compensation for wasting the day on the AC issue and having to re-pack and unpack all over.

Was good

I loved the location and the convenience as a home base for my trip to the area
-
Front desk staff was friendly. Other staff could not find a luggage cart so we could bring our luggage in. The bed was very hard. I was surprised by this. I usually enjoy this hotel chain, but the building itself was very dated and showing it’s age.
-
The hotel was fine, the pool had leaves in it

We booked this room at the last minute. Taylor the receptionist was very nice and professional. We got a great room overlooking the Marina. All went well, we had a very nice time.
-
The AC was right over the bed, so it blasted cold air all night long and you were not able to adjust the fan direction high enough to get it off you. I was not impressed at all, especially for a hotel that is on a marina, you'd think it would have been nicer.
-
Clean nice hotel to stay close to the marina
-
We stayed in Full King Suite. It was not well layed out. Step-in bath was was too narrow despite of so much available space. There was no window in the bedroom, the only window was in living room. Book a junior suite insted of full King Suite.

The bartender with the Jesus name tag clip (Michelle?) and Taylor out check in host, was this property's saving grace. The bartender was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and poured a good stiff drink. Taylor was sweet and personable. Otherwise the property was dated, the line to check in took forever, the elevator was slow as hell, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, there were NO TOWELS in the room, like none. They text me twice to ask me how the stay was going. The second time they text me I told them I needed towels. I needed four towels delivered to my room. I text them this at like 8:00 a.m. got to my room at 3:30 p.m. and there was still no freaking towels in my room. Then I called the front desk and when the lady did bring me towels she brought me ONE. She promised me she would bring me more but I never saw her again. Finally we said screw it and went down to get the towels ourselves. Taylor saved the day and gave us two towels.
