Staff was very rude especially lady at the desk

Spotlessly clean, fantastic staff. Unfortunately all entertainment was in French , and room was very noisy. Also cleaning staff never knocked just let themselves in which was quite embarrassing the first morning as I was dressing . Food was of low quality but because it was a large selection you could find something to eat . No snack menu to order with all inclusive, just a few random items put out to pick from .

The staff were friendly. And the other people staying at the hotel. The pool was very big. The room was a good size. The place was clean. The style of apartment buildings were very beautiful with traditional decor and nice detail. The room was up a flight of stairs and we had a baby and buggy so that wasn’t ideal. It was also close to the bar so was very noisy with music until late. Would be better if you placed the families on ground floors and in a quieter area of the resort as they tend to have earlier nights. One of the guests was vegan and there was limited options in the food, only salad and fruit.

Nice that breakfast was included although not much choice. The location was alright - you can taxi into banus and it’s not too expensive, there is probably a bus also although we were only there for 2 nights. Nice big pool and plenty of loungers. The hotel was clean and the shower was fine There’s a pub or two in the hotel grounds that you can make use of instead of walking to either town although staff are rude. Very scenic outside the rooms A little bit of a quiet area but if you’re looking for this then it’ll be a perk for you. Staff can be quite rude towards English. Lots of French in this hotel for some reason so no one was really friendly to us.

Staff were nice, the exterior walls and decorations were well maintained. View of the hills was good. Location is near the main road so easy access and only a 10 min walk to the beach side. Staff tidied up and cleaned the room everyday. Variety of food options and desserts and some cold food available for late night checkins. Rooms were a bit small. Room A/c's fan worked but there was no cooling. Room fan helped a bit but without the A/c it was not pleasant. Bed mattress was soft and hard enough to support you so was uncomfortable. Although they have a very good kitchen setup and lot of food options, many of the food items could have been more tastier for sure,

Unique, quaint, beautifully presented inside and out. The village plan idea works extremely well. Great to have bus route outside of hotel, and pleasant walk down to the seafront. Breakfast was excellent, superb choice and all good quality. And reasonable number of parking spaces in area too, a real bonus. A really lovely hotel. Not really a complaint, but would have been nice to have had a room with a better view of the plazas and/ or trees/ flowers, that are in abundance. Would have been helpful to have more information about the use of the pool/ bar area, as there was confusion between those of us who were 'normal' visitors and those who were on 'package all-inclusive holidays': we were initially given the impression that we were not allowed to use the pool area: this was rectified but it was still very vague.

The hotel was very clean and cozy with a very nice breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly as well and the location was very close to the beach.
