They keep the remote with them for the a/c and tv so late at night I want to turn the tv and a/c on I could, I was sad about went to talk to resection and they were sleep already

They changed room and said i might have another person in room, no privado bano. I paid for private bano, 1 bed, no dorm, $40. Terrible location. For $40 theres much much better, if you advertise it you cant downgrade the customer. After 2minutes i got money back and left promptly The fact that the idiot checking me in thought its ok to give me a shared bathroom when i paid for private. I would stay if it was free, location, bait y switch. Todo

Very nice personal, ac rooms and had a laundy in hostel. Exceptional better than those around.

The place had a very good breakfast, but I'm not a breakfast person. The staff was great. Had a nice but small pool which my kids liked. The hotel was in a run down part of town. It looked terrible from the front of the hotel but was very nice inside and looked great in the back. The room were big and very clean, but the beds were hard.

I'm sorry but I don't like it at all. everything is very old and the location is in front of a cemetery. Everything is very old and the location is in front of a cemetery and there were ants in the beds.

quiet,.stsff is very nice. no table, no mirror in the room, even bathroom.

Breakfast was enough to last all day. Location great. 30 min Walk to center, 15min to bus station. I will stay here when I'm back.

Nothing ! very dirty, in the two days they didn't clean the room, no furniture, in a house under construction, no hair dryer and with people who didn't understand my needs, miserable breakfast, paid more than 80 dollars with top-up for the international card for a place that is worth 20 dollars, ridicolous ... I advise you not to come here!

Nice friendly staff in an enclosed community. Walkingdistance in to city center. They ordered an uber for me when I left, but it didn't show.

Love breafast The mosquitos were bad and no hot water pool was just getting full the entrance was bad and the bed wasn't king size was two twin bed hurt my back. Water in the bathroom drip bad.

It was basic and clean. The location is confusing. Should be more signs to indicate the actual location, which happens to be in a gated community, up a very narrow road, in a gated property on a very rocky driveway. Also the staff consists of these young girls who run the kitchen, they do not have good social skills, they just appear with your breakfast, and disappear. I asked them if they have milk to put in coffee and they just said “no” and walked away. So absolutely no social skills. Very uneducated. By the way, I’ve been in Central America for 17 years, I speak Spanish fluently and treat everyone kindly and with respect.

Wifia ondo dabil. Gela handia eta erosoa. Ura beroa. Gosaria ondo. Wifi works ok. Wide and comfortable room, with hot shower. Simple but good breakfast. Kokapena txarra, zentrotik 45 minutura. Jardina zaindu gabe. Bad location, 45 min walk to the historical centre. The garden is quite nice but full of fruits from the tree, not cared.

The room were clean the people who cook very friendly The receptionist it was not friendly need to be more welcoming

The pool was dirty, and the TV didn't have net or cable service and therefore didnt work.
